I honestly can’t say enough good things about Athina Residence. It is absolutely spotless, with daily cleaning and towel changes. The room is huge, and has everything you need. The location could literally not be any better. It is 5 mins walk to the port and ferry, 10 mins to the beach and to the bus stop. It is on a little street just off of the main road so you get all the benefits of being right in the centre without the chaos and noise. The staff are all so incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. They also helped me as I had to have something very important couriered to the property. Fantastic service in every way.

Sound insulation, there was some noise early in the morning from the corridor.

It is perfectly located in Nidri on a quiet street yet only a few minutes walk from the main street. It is modern and clean and the owner/manager is kind and pleasant.

In order to have a believable 10 star review, I'll mention that the bathroom was a bit small. But that didn't really bother me, since it was very clean!

Such clean, well-lit and even well-smelling, comfortable rooms! The staff (family upstairs) was super nice and friendly! Rooms were cleaned daily (making the bed, changing towels etc.). Except for the missing hotel lobby it felt like an actual hotel to me

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, right in the center, yet with no disturbance from the main street noise. The host is friendly and always quick to respond. The place itself is comfortable, with daily cleaning in the room. The parking is conveniently close by.

There isn`t anything

First of all, I want to give a warm salute to the owner who made sure that we`ve received our breakfast daily, kept our rooms spotless and helped us in whenever we`ve asked him. Athina Residence is the kind of accomodation that gives "everything" for the money you pay. There is everything here: parking, very good breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly & welcoming staff and perfect location. When we first arrived, we we`re greeted by the owner of the accomodation who presented us the room. We had in our room slippers and amenities in our bathroom which you might think that are available to only premium hotels. The rooms` space was enough for 2 people and the terrace was great for having breakfast over there. The location was close to Nidri city center. I mean, you`d have to walk a maximum of 5 minutes and you`d reach the center. I consider this being a very good thing. The breakfast which was included in the price we`ve paid was enormous and delicious. We couldn`t finish it and believe that I`m quite a person that eats a lot :)). Overall, I`m looking forward in coming to Lefkada again, just to stay at Athina. Thank you very much for all the services provided and please, keep it up like this!

The property was very clean and all the details were thought of! This is a family business and you can see it in all the details, from the very beautifully curated home-made breakfast to the guest slippers and toiletries that someone would not expect if this is not a 4 star hotel😊😊. The staff is very kind and friendly and always willing to make your stay comfortable and pleasant! I would definitely stay there again if i visited Nydri!

Wonderful and clean property. The owner was pleasant and he was always working around the property which is why it looks so well maintained. Dedicated parking is a huge plus. Room was spotless and cleaned each day. We enjoyed breakfast on site and it was a great value for the quality and ease of getting it delivered to your room. Only a few minutes walking distance to Main Street which has a variety of restaurants to choose from. We chose to drive to Kathisma Beach (organized with facilities) each day which took about 40 minutes but it was an easy drive to and from. If ever in Lefkada, I will definitely choose this propriety again. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Overall, a decent stay, but there was a persistent moldy smell in the room that was a bit unpleasant.

The mattress was a bit hard for my personal liking. Sometimes the wifi dropped out but it wasn't too bad.

Great location just a short walk from the main street in Nydri and away from the hustle and bustle. The property is very nicely maintained and the staff are friendly. The balconies are a good size for sitting out. Breakfast is epic! Although it would be helpful if you could confirm it by Whatsapp or email rather than in person. There is only noise from the traffic during the evening, but not too late. The rest of the time it's very quiet.

The noise from exterior. You hear every car, every moto crossing from one way to another. Nydri is quite populated. Also it may happen that neoighbours talk/laugh too late in the night. You can hear them.

We loved everything!

Location is great! Just 100 meters fro the port and Main Street. Just opposite the hotel there is a supermarket and you can find anything you need. Very quiet place and great for sleeping! You can order breakfast and have it in the beautifully arranged garden of the property! You feel like in 5 star hotel. Owners are extremely polite and helpful people! Even the host helped us with the car as we had a technical problem. The room was cleaned every day and towels and sheets were changed on daily basis. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We felt like home there and highly recommend Athina rèsidence to people who want to have a luxury accommodation for fair money, close to the restaurants , shops and port but at the same time very quite and safe place. The hotel provides parking too which just next to property. We loved everything and we will return for sure.
