We stayed at Arcana Santorini Villa for a week. It was the perfect location for a relaxing holiday on the island. Easy parking on the villa’s private grounds and with close-by conveniences such as pharmacy, gas station, bakery and supermarket. Before our visit, Anastasia (the manager) was already very welcoming, answering to queries and pre-empting with sharing of key information. Once arrived, our hostess Neela was splendid. She served us delicious breakfasts which were always different, some made from close-by farms and homemade by herself, including jams and traditional Greek desserts. She was also very responsive to our needs and always ready to suggest places to visit. The villa was spacious for a family of four, and the terrace where breakfast is served is cute and comfortable. Most definitely a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Santorini.

It is noisy from the road that is very near the house and the lights flicker a lot in every room.

Anastasia and Neela were excellent hosts and very helpful and prompt with whatever we wanted. Had a perfect family vacation and will most certainly recommend this villa for those who want to be in the quieter part of Santorini. Sunsets of the roof top of the villa could be as best as it could get.

We had a magical 4 nights at Arcana Santorini Villas ! The location of the property is spectacular. Waking up to a beautiful view was like we were in a dream. The terrace was huge and we really enjoyed eating breakfast there every morning and watching the sunset there in the evenings. What else do you need? The best place to stay in Santorini!!! Our breakfast every morning was delicious - delivered to our terrace at the time that suited us! The rooms we stayed in was perfect, very comfortable beds and everything was super clean! All the staff at the property were so wonderful - such amazing service, ensuring we were looked after at all times. I've already recommended this property to my friends and I can't wait to visit again! Thanks very much to Nila and the whole team at Arcana ! Thank you for the amazing days!

The steep staircases with scant handrails were a little hairy with the young children, but it was a minor point as we were often out and about and did not spend that much time indoors.

Personalised touches throughout. Mrs Nila met us and welcomed us, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were outstanding, different homemade food everyday, and we were very well taken care of, not only by Mrs Nila calling around restaurants over the Easter period for us, and giving us the locals’ tips for anything we asked, but she even had local homemade treats prepared for our arrival, and gave the children Easter goodies. Renting the 2 villas with extended family worked extremely well, and the outside areas were lovely for the children to run around in. We would very highly recommend.

The view from the villa is amazing, you can see the sea & mountains at the same time. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast menu was different everyday. The kitchen was filled with complimentary items and Nila the owner was a wonderful host.

The location of the property and the accomodation itself is stunning. Neela (the owner) handed us the keys and even cooked us dinner, as we arrived a bit late and were all very tired. Her cooking is AMAZING! I recommend that you try at least one of her dishes to really taste the greek kitchen. She also prepared us breakfast, with different dishes every day and advised us to visit places only locals know about. She is THE BEST! :) The villa was very spacious (it has 4 floors) and nicely decorated. It has 4 terraces so you can really enjoy the views through the whole day. The property also has a parking lot and is easily accesible.

Neela was the perfect hostess! She was very welcoming and kind to us. We look forwarded to her breakfast every day. She's an amazing cook!! Anastasia was also so very helpful and accommodating in assisting us with taxis and our car rental. These wonderful ladies made our stay at the Villa that much better. The location and Villa are beautiful and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend getting a car rental so you can drive freely to Oia and Fira along with visiting the beaches nearby. We really enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely go back!

The booking Said air conditioner in the rooms I assumed in all the rooms but the air was only in the bedrooms. It was so hot!!!! There were no fans only 1 downstairs and then they brought another one for downstairs It was unbearable in the place. But it was beautiful . It needed more ventilation there was a mixup in my booking I added another person and they said I had to pay more and I did but I did not know it never went through. Anastasia called me a thief and a liar and said some other mean things to me and said if I didn’t pay more money within 6 hours we would get kicked out. This took hours of our time that we saved money for to do this trip. I was on the phone with booking . Com forever and hung up because I that costs a lot of money for the call. Then after all that and even the owner told me to go on booking .com. The owner said you can just pay the money to me and I will take care of it. It was a terrible situation. Our whole day was ruined. Anastasia is not a good person to be in this business. At one point my niece was e Trying to say something to her on the phone and yelled at her to “hold her horses” never have I had any problems like this before

Water in the kitchen and bathrooms is not potable - it is salty sea water!! So plan your hair wash!

My only real issue with the property are flies and hot water. Now I'm not sure if it was the area the property is located or the season, we went in September, but the property was infested with flies. Also hot water, or lack of it, was an issue. There are 2 separate homes on the property. When we first got there, it was only our property that was rented. So the hot water was some what flowing. When the other property had renters there was no hot water. Even the other renter's we're complaining about the lack of hot water. If you enjoy hot or warm showers, hotels might be a better option. If it wasn't for the lack of hot water or the flies the property is perfect.

The home is big enough to accommodate a family of 5 to 6. The staff a mother and daughter team were amazing, you have someone on property that is very helpful and a great cook. Her cooking services isn't free but worth every penny. You basically had a private chef available and it was still cheaper than eating out everyday. If you rented a car, the location of the property was perfect. By the way, taxi or Uber are really expensive. You are better of renting and easier to get around. The home is in a quiet area but close enough to touristy areas. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms but not in the living room. FYI YOU CANNOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER OF ANY KIND, SAME IN MAJORITY OF SMALLER HOTELS IN SANTORINI. There plumbing sucks and if you do the smell that follows is a killer.
