Cleaning, well designed room with new furniture.

Parking, there is a next to public parking, but during hot period, in the evening, is hard to find a parking slot. Wifi is poor, I didn’t use to much because same time is impossible to use it.

The location was great. Close to the beach and airport. Lots of restaurants and activities to do around the property. The staff were always helpful when we asked for assistance with requesting a taxi

After I started reading the previous reviews from other customers, I thought I would have a bad experience ,but it wasn't the case. Everything was perfect ,friendly staff ,the rooms were very clean, and towels changed every day, plus someone was cleaning the room every day , hot water was working ( i saw a few complains that there was no hot water) we had 2 AC units in our rooms and all worked just fine , large pool and bar , free parking next to the hotel ( 2 minutes walking ) Breakfast was ok , there are a few options available . The hotel is located on the high street, and there's a lot of restaurants/ taverns / bars/clubs available at walking distance. Most of the beaches are at around 10-30 minutes driving distance away from the hotel! I would recommend this place as a good place for families with kids because Argassi Town is much quieter than the other places from the island, and this hotel has everything you need as a family !

I like the location, nice swimming pool and garden. Also very good restaurant.

It was not pleasant because our room was at the 3rd floor and no lift available in the building. The owner was not fair. He gave us room then we paid.

The cleaning staff was doing its job perfect.

The air condition in the room was smelling too bad. The facility is overpriced. The breakfast was the same all 7 days (egg, toast bread with cheese or jam, croissant, that's it). We paid a family room (2 adults+2kids) with breakfast and got breakfast for 2 persons only, had to pay for the other 2 to have breakfast. The hotel was noisy, mainly due to guests (no quite hours house rules policy). The location is 4 out of 10, not near beachside. You have to pay extra if you want to use the room safe.

The hotel was very good value for money, the location was great, the hotel was clean and towels were changed everyday which was nice , the beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. I also liked the fact you can rent beach towels for your entire stay for €10 per towel and can change them as and when you like.

The WiFi in the room wasn’t very good (we were in room 234) but worked fine at the pool . The restaurant Apollo attached to the hotel we waited 30 mins for poached egg on toast and the bread looked like it had been toasted with a lighter and the egg was over cooked and fried.

Renovated and modern looking room, comfortable beds and overall clean. The pool area was nice and pretty convenient since there are limited options for a beach close by. There is a big free parking space

Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, but no big deal. We were a group of 4 but were only given a single key-card which was a bit inconvenient. When asked for an extra, they told us it was not possible.

The rooms are top quality, great big king size bed. Pool area was very nice and we pretty much had the hotel to ourselves as it was early in the season

Nothing really. Only downside was the bar wasn't open yet. But it was early in the season and not busy enough to keep a bar open. There's the option to use the restaurant next to the hotel was a perfectly good alternative

Amazing location in Argassi. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything is clean in the room. The shower works very well and so does the A/C. The pool is big and clean. Breakfast is ok. Cleaning staff is very friendly.

The WiFi is extremely poor. Doesn’t work in the room at all. The building was noisy. You could here the personnel talking trough their walkie talkie in the morning. It was so busy, that all the sunbeds at the pool were occupied. Every day.
