Parking, there is a next to public parking, but during hot period, in the evening, is hard to find a parking slot. Wifi is poor, I didn’t use to much because same time is impossible to use it.

It was not pleasant because our room was at the 3rd floor and no lift available in the building. The owner was not fair. He gave us room then we paid.

Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, but no big deal. We were a group of 4 but were only given a single key-card which was a bit inconvenient. When asked for an extra, they told us it was not possible.

Renovated and modern looking room, comfortable beds and overall clean. The pool area was nice and pretty convenient since there are limited options for a beach close by. There is a big free parking space

Nothing really. Only downside was the bar wasn't open yet. But it was early in the season and not busy enough to keep a bar open. There's the option to use the restaurant next to the hotel was a perfectly good alternative

The WiFi is extremely poor. Doesn’t work in the room at all. The building was noisy. You could here the personnel talking trough their walkie talkie in the morning. It was so busy, that all the sunbeds at the pool were occupied. Every day.

Amazing location in Argassi. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything is clean in the room. The shower works very well and so does the A/C. The pool is big and clean. Breakfast is ok. Cleaning staff is very friendly.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room I was in wasn’t very powerful - it took hours to cool down the room. I think in the peak of summer it may be preferable to have one of the rooms lower down (I was on the top floor), so it doesn’t get as hot. However, it was a minor complaint…and the pool is there if you need to cool off. 😁

- internally quite loud, the doors for the rooms are very light so you can hear all other guests moving around and the slamming of doors - shower head was not great, it squirted from the top and was very harsh (it hurt) so we used the handheld shower head - we went early june and the bar in the hotel wasn’t open yet so worth checking against your time of travel if this is something you are after

- close by to all shops and restaurants of the Main Street of Argassi, less than 5 minute walk - close to zante port, about 10 minute drive - beautiful pool area - quiet and off the main road

The third bed we booked wasn't made when we arrived, we only received one functioning key for three people, whilst one of the owners was very welcoming and friendly, the other one felt more guarded and rather disinterested. There is no shower door so the bathroom is completely wet after three showers. There is a long list of rules and penalties if rules aren't observed which doesn't feel very welcoming. A bar next door played music into the night which made falling asleep hard. All in all, a beautiful hotel that could be amazing with a few tweaks.

We stayed there at the beginning of the season so it wasn’t too busy and it was nice and quiet. On some days we almost had the pool to ourselves. Since we travelled with children we enjoyed that there was a smaller and shallower pool where the kids could play. The staff was extremely lovely and helpful. Many restaurants near by and never had a problem with parking.

No elevators, electricity stopped couple of times during the week, which means it stops the airconditioner as well. Needed a safe box, it didn't work since the staff didn't have time to help us to refresh the box's s settings. You're also not allowed to bring any kind of food to the pool area.

There is a beautiful swimming pool in the yard and a very good restaurant. The restaurant also had free billiards. The rooms were very clean, and they were cleaned every day if you wanted them. Wi-fi was okay in the yard but not too good inside the rooms.

Very noisy area. Bars are very close to the hotel. Plus, we hear every move of others clients (especially in the stairs during the night) so if you’re looking for quiet area, this is not the place to be.

No on site parking, but street was always free to park on and only a few metres away. Not being able to change safe code to a personal code was a bit unnerving. Ther was a sewer small a couple of times during the week in the room we had, which is why I think the cleaners leave the balcony door slightly open after cleaning. But it was not a major issue as went away as quickly as it appeared.

Room was cleaned daily, all of the staff were friendly and polite. Eager to help when asked. There were always sun beds available during our stay, even though hotel was fully booked. Beach towels/pool towels available at 10 euro deposit per towel. So no need to take your own. Safe was provided free of charge in room. Location just on the outskirts of the main restaurants and shops was perfect, all still easy walking distance. Also great base to see rest of Zante from and some excellent beaches at this end of the island too. For a 3 star, it was more than adequate and was at the top end of it too. Another nice touch is having a freezer as well as fridge in room, so water bottles can be frozen to use in cool bag as ice blocks when out for the day. Zircon worked perfectly and had no problems at all. Bar closed for 1 day, but taverna apologies allowed food and drink to be taken out and had at poolside if you wanted to. They also did the best gyros around, and we tried quite a few.

The owners attitude, the wifi and the breakfast

The place struggles with an identity crisis. The manager (owner?) doesn’t treat you like a customer in a pretty nice place but rather like you’re a guest in his house and expects you to behave like that. First off, you’re presented with a list of things that are forbidden. Like playing in the pool. It bothers guest. But smoking by the pool is fine, because Yannis smokes. Yannis also runs the place on the cheap. He’s both the bartender and the reception. So neither runs too smooth. And he’s off on Sunday so there is no bar. Say what? Why not hire someone for Sundays? As others said the wifi is horrendous and the breakfast is quite poor. But all in all, this is still a nice place that could become excellent with just a little bit of effort.
