The pool

First two days were spent in a different hotel due to a ‘issues with the bathroom’ Which we were not compensated for seen as tho the hotel we were moved to was cheaper and the room was a lot smaller

I did not even get a chance to stay at the property. They moved me to another location that was not what I paid for

I had to pay for the air conditioning €10 a day, even though it says that it is included rooms are tiny no elevator as indicated how to carry luggage up circle stairs

⸻ Terrible hotel – unsafe and dirty! My friend and I could only stay here for two days, even though we booked for seven! The balcony door doesn’t lock, which is extremely dangerous because the partitions are low and can be easily climbed over. It’s extremely noisy – sleeping is impossible! You can only buy food from the shop on the premises. If you bring anything from another store, you’ll have to pay a fine – and this is not mentioned in the Booking.com information. The place is filthy and stinks – staying there is unbearable! The air conditioner is paid, but when we purchased it, it not only failed to cool – it didn’t work at all. When we arrived, we haven’t even toilet paper in WC! Beach is very far, about 1,5 km! I do not recommend this place to anyone – it’s better to pay extra and live like a human being!

If you want to ruin your holiday, this is the perfect place! I booked this hotel hoping for a relaxing stay, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Let’s start with the “cleanliness”: basically non-existent. The room was never properly cleaned, dust and dirt everywhere. But the most outrageous part: two pairs of branded sneakers disappeared from my room. This clearly shows a total lack of security, and the staff didn’t even seem to care. I reported the issue, but all I got were shrugs and zero solutions. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s the “surprise” with the air conditioning. It’s not included in the price (which is already unacceptable), you have to pay extra. I paid for 9 days of air conditioning, but after only 7 days it was shut off with the excuse that I hadn’t paid. Of course, they never gave me a receipt, so I had no way to prove it. Basically, my money disappeared, just like their respect for customers. In short: dirty, unsafe, unprofessional, and full of shady practices. If you value your belongings, your comfort, and a normal vacation experience, stay as far away from this hotel as possible. There are plenty of better options in the area where you won’t risk losing your personal items or being scammed over air conditioning.

No kettle No TV Rude and aggressive staff Apparently you can’t buy food to eat in you room from any other shops and that you must use their shop which was over priced and poor selection available. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at …… AVOID

No Wifi in room

They charge you 10€ day for air conditioner, and doe not have wiffi, owners use a lot of excuses like the wiffi its a problem there, like its not just problem of their hotel but the internet of company, that all lies from them!

shower was not easy to clean and water stay on the floor. If you are looking just to sleep not staying long time inside it's ok. Good location.
