Location within Santorini. Plenty of local places to eat or mini market. Best place for sunset. Walking to Fira, quick taxi to Oía. Service from the team, recommendations they gave us all 10/10. Nothing was a problem and was always on call if we had questions or advise on what to do.

Awesome, it was better we could dream! Real pictures, amazing view. The perfect sunset spot Santorini. Quiet, private, delicious breakfast, enough for the day. We had great options from the crew for eating, trips etc. Well maintained condition, with love to details. We are impressed!

I would like to share my honest experience in the hope that it helps improve services for future guests. Firstly, the room was much smaller than expected, and the jacuzzi was hidden behind a wall. When I made the booking, these details were not clear. The photos shown on the listing were not of my actual room, but of larger rooms and the upstairs lobby. I do not mind paying more, but I believe guests should be able to see exactly what they are booking, especially when paying a higher price. Secondly, the boat tour recommended by the hotel staff was indeed a wonderful experience and worth doing. However, I was informed by the hotel that the sunset tour would cost €140 per person. Later, I discovered the same tour on GetYourGuide.com for €110 or even less. In addition, the driver charged us €300 for two people and declined to provide a receipt. I was too tired to address the matter at the time and simply paid, but this left me feeling uncomfortable. I completely understand that businesses work for profit, but at this price level, guests expect full transparency and fairness. I am writing this with the best intentions, as I would still consider returning in the future if these issues were addressed.

Stunning view!!! Huge room! We took the upper room with the jacuzzi and a sunset view. The most beautiful sunset you will ever see. Clean room, good breakfast, we will definetly come back. The manager Giota and the hotel staff were helpful with everything!

Not very soundproof, you can hear the staff cleaning the rooms and people talking. Disappointing breakfast. They should either change the company or take breakfast off their site entirely

Amazing place, great views. The staff can score 100 points. Very comfortable bed, clean room with all you need - all toiletries, coffe machine, bathrobes, and slippers. Did I mention a fantastic view? Well, you can't have enough of it

Very small things where missing that would make the experience perfect. Reception not easy to find but staff was very helpful,Mattress could be better, bathroom a bit small, pillows with stains. It is end of the season so I get some imperfections. I would have preferred the hot tub with some view, but I guess it is like that so that you get some privacy.

Excellent location, magical view. The entrance/balcony had incredible view, but please note that the Skaros pathway passes just in front so there is no privacy. If you are ok with that, it is perfect.

Equipment Cleanliness can be improved. Hot tub need to be clean up daily if possible. Met some issues during the stay but was resolved quickly by Alex. Overall, a good stay :) becos of the warmth response received from Alex.

Love the friendly and personal service from Alex. Feel secure and cared during the stay especially for solo travellers. Hotel location is superb. Highest view. Provides porter service. Hot tub is hot enough for cold weather. Good photogenic view in room. Room is huge and pretty.

Breakfast could be better. The breakfasts aren’t prepared at the hotel, so by the time the hot food arrives to your room it’s gone cold. We’d have preferred just a cold continental style breakfast with more pastries, cheeses, ham, more selection of fruit, cereal, Greek yoghurt as some suggestions.

Breathtaking views! Upper floor suites offered more privacy. Loved the personal touches such as the Bluetooth speaker in the room and coffee maker. Hot tub was amazing to relax in after a long day walking up countless steps. All the staff were lovely and helpful too. The hotel was a 25 minute walk to Fira and a 2.5 hour walk / trek to Oia (for a relatively unfit couple who don’t work out and like stopping regularly to take pictures). Oia was beautiful but we preferred the views and peacefulness in Imerovigli where the hotel is located

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Right on the cliffs overlooking the caldera. While there is no hotel restaurant as such breakfast is brought to the suite and we ate out on the patio area enjoying the amazing scenery

Location is the best on island, our terrace had the most beautifull view on Caldera. The rooms are big also, and very clean. Stuff were great, helpfull, specially Aldo who was helping us for whatever we needed.

Not much to improve on. I hope one day their rooftop reception area becomes a bar, but to be honest, our private terrace would still be our preference over that anyway.

The location is spectacular. It is clear that it offers the best views in the area because every person walking past stops to take a photo. The rooms are clean, spacious and designed in a unique and classy way. The jacuzzi on the terrace was amazing. Alex was superb to deal with, and our cleaner was lovely too.

well what does everyone not like about this side of Santorini ... the stairs. but the stairs are part of the charm.

while the views of the world-famous caldera are breathtaking and the well-appointed rooms are enchanting, what capture our hearts most was the exemplary customer service and attention to its guests. Alex and his team go out of their way to make you feel like you're living in a private villa rather than a hotel.

The mattress could have been firmer and newer. Also after day one we only received one wash cloth. NOTHING major, but that's what we didn't like. Everything else was really great.

Everything was great, but you need to be aware that this resort is on a steep hill with lots of stairs, not really suitable for elderly people.

Beautiful sunset view, especially from the jacuzzi, flexible breakfast in the room and housekeeping, amazing advice and service, Alex was so helpful and made sure that we have the best Easter holiday experience. Everything was clean and beautifully designed!
