Beautiful view, clean and spacious property.

Horrible service. Very low efforts on their behalf in terms of communication. We have contacted them multiple times for various matters, including things they asked us to communicate to them about, all for them to leave us feeling helpless and anxious after they don’t respond to us or respond at the absolute last minute or just way too late. Time and time again we contacted them, relied on them to help us or to accomodate to us in simple ways, only for them to not show up and leave us stranded.

We recently stayed at the Amaya Serenity Villa and truly enjoyed many aspects of our visit. The view, private pool, and location were absolutely excellent, and the villa provided a spacious and comfortable setting for our family.

However, there are a few areas that we feel need attention in order to meet the standards expected of a top-tier property: • Breakfast: The quality were well below expectations for a luxury property of this level. Improvements in both presentation and offerings would be greatly appreciated. • Towels: The towels provided were extremely worn and rough, which significantly detracted from the comfort of our stay. • Sunbeds: The Sun-beds were outdated and in need of replacement or refurbishment to meet the premium standard advertised. The view was stunning, the room was good size

The bedsheet have scratches, very dirty jacuzzi water, the breakfast was awful, the lady Mrs Erzeni was totally not helpful and she was very rude, do not recommend for the amount for money that we paid!!!

It had a spectacular view - that was the only good thing

Location: at least 10 min walk from the nearest parking. The road to the property was full of steps and narrow roads. It can be slippery with poor lighting at night Room: The room had several ducts that were filled with plastic bags. Single washroom for 4 people. Kitchen:Utensils and plates were of different shapes and kinds. Old kettle. Breakfast : very unpleasant. Manager: was very slow in responding to our questions and quires, takes more than 24 hours to answer a simple question

The place is incredible, The views from the room leave you breathless. We loved the hot tub. The staff was amazing, They are aware of everything, Johny is incredible, he picked us up, carried our bags and gave us very useful information for our stay. They bring you a varied breakfast every morning,. We also went to a restaurant on the Perissa beach owned by the apartment owner. We had an incredible day there. super recommended to go.

Huge scam. Be careful, she refused to refund me even though she said she would. When I followed up, she said she would block me.

They have many units in two different parts of Oia. Manager Ezenii upgraded our room to a quieter location (Bliss unit) when we arrived. We originally booked the Windmill, but it was right in front of the main pedestrian pathway, not exactly what we were looking for. Johnny was very helpful and provided great suppport during our stay. Bliss is a a few minutes from the Castle foe the sunset and many restaurant options.

The location of the property is excellent, very close to the venetian castle for the infamous Oia sunset view. The view of the calderas of the whole island is spectacular, and being able to soak it all in while dipping in the outdoor hot tub is simply an out of this world experience! The service is excellent as the maintenance room is on the right of the villa, and the kitchen for breakfast is on the left, what more do you want. Special thanks to Johnny who met us and carried our suitcase on his shoulder to and fro the post office.

The location works fine. Calm area with a view.

The pictures aren’t really representative of what I got. There was not enough privacy for the hot tub and the sun beds. The windmill doesn’t look like a windmill. A lot less charming than what I thought I was going to get. Was not worth the price. They talk about reception and breakfast? My breakfast came once maybe at 10 or 11 am? I was gone hiking. I wanted to spend 2 nice nights in Oia but was disappointed.

The property, location and service are exceptional. The property size, location, view, amenities and cleanliness are exceptional. Ms Ezeni our host is very kind, sweet... an exceptional host. There's even a welcome water bottles and sip of wine. The breakfast service was also phenomenal. We're beyond blown away with the experience. Definitely recommend to check them out and will definitely come back again. Thank you again Ms. Ezeni for one of a kind experience.

Loved the property and the view was amazing

The manager was rude when I complained about breakfast. The breakfast was brought to us at 7.10am waking everyone up in the house. It was boiled eggs and cold toasties.

Beautiful caldera view and amazing volcano sea view. Main street of OIA is very nearby to the Villa. The stay was amazing and comforting. Though there was some wifi issues and it was difficult for us to connect to our friends and family however I took it as a pros since it helped to enjoy our vacation more without using internet. Ezeni was very helpful and she was available on WhatsApp or calls whenever needed. We felt safe and comfortable in the Villa. I would definitely recommend Amaya to upcoming visitors because I felt that Amaya is so much focussed on making the stay comfortable and happy. It was an amazing location and yes also best for the sunset views.

A truly beautiful view, exeptionally clean, helpful staff 24/7 and the hottub was heated, even in january it was perfect. A dream weekend for a very good price.

Everything was perfect! My only regret is not staying longer!
