This was the perfect place for us on our 1 night stop over in pointe a pitre.

The open air kitchen was a lovely place to prepare and eat our meals. The location was an easy walk from the ferry terminal and bus station and allowed us to explore the cathedral and museums of pointe a pitre. The neighbourhood was quiet and our room had a small balcony. The checkin information we were given was thorough and allowed for an easy checkin/ out.

There was a deception on arrival since our room had not been prepared, but the management reacted promptly and gave us an even better room. We were taking a very early boat the next morning, and for that this place is perfect. You are also truly downtown.

Located in the center of the city. Perfect if you arrive by ferry or are planning to go in the morning. The apartment has everything for a short stay.

Entry code didn’t work and I had to find WiFi in the middle of the night to access previous messages. There is a wifi network, but no access info I could find and nobody was onsite the entire time I was there. Ultimately, the air conditioning was strong, the room was clean, and I travel with my own pillow so that weird ones they hadn’t didn’t matter. Place was rated a 7.7 when I stayed and I’d say that’s reasonable, but would put my particular stay at a 7.4. It’s right next to the cruise terminal and there are lots of taxis there when a ship is in port. If there isn’t a ship, you can get a taxi from the bank on the main park that’s maybe 4 short blocks away.

Area feels slightly sketchy after dark, we didn’t have any problems but this was the only place in Guadeloupe we got this feeling. May be that the whole city is like this in fairness.

Emmanuelle the hosts was very helpful in finding and returning my wife's lost AirPod. The location was close to the centre of town with free parking alongside the dock.

Upon arrival, we just wanted to sleep before the next trip. I negatively evaluate the noise permeability from the other apartments. Literally everything could be heard.

The accommodation is as described. We felt safe. We took advantage of this opportunity because of the morning transport to Marie Galante. Walking distance approx. 15 minutes. Simple accommodation for one night sufficient. A method of handing over the keys using a box. Communication with the owner via booking was fast and sufficient.

Since we were there to take the cruiseship on the day after, the location was absolutely perfect. The stay was very good and comfortable, we appreciated the kindly offered bottle of water.

The only small inconvenience was that the rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear the other guests talking.

The property is very close to the ferry terminal, you can see even see the ships. This makes it an ideal place to stay the night before a cruise. The bed is also quite comfortable. The is a terrace with a big table and a kitchen available to all the guests, to make breakfast.

Building and lift is becoming a bit run down

This is an affordable, centrally located accommodation in Pointe a Pitre. It had all the facilities that made our stay comfortable and we liked it enough to do a return stay as it’s location is close to bus and ferries we needed. Good air con, wifi, and shared kitchen facilities. Staff were responsive by email and although we didn’t directly meet them they provided clear instructions to access our accommodation

Mosquitos were already in the room when we arrived, so we had bad night. I see some other rooms had mosquitos net over the bed, but our room not.

It was ok to stay one night, before boarding cruise ship. I liked tea / instant coffee at the room. And self checkin was quite simple.
