Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- Wooden floor in the bedroom without a en-suite really needs to be fixed. My mum tripped and hurt her foot. Major hazard. - WiFi keeps cutting out which was very annoying as we relied on it heavily. - The stairs and corridor leading to the property is scary and dark. Honestly looks like we’re the only ones staying in there - Surrounding area of the location looks like a abandoned area. This resulted in us not feeling comfortable going out at night. - The property is clean, could do with a new layer of paint. - The stairs going up to the apartment needs a light, feels very scary when entering the building. - Not enough toilet paper for 4 people to last our entire trip. - Water pressure on shower is very low

The location is good if you use the cruise terminal. The beds are comfortable.

DominicaThere should be provisions made for toilet paper and some kitchen tissue along with liquid soap for the toilet and some dishwashing liquid. Was sort of disappointed with the pillows which should have been sanitized between uses.
Location’s proximity to the central business district is good. Close enough proximity to the port is fine. The property was relatively clean with kitchenware and cutlery etc. The bed linen appeared to be relatively clean save for my comment below. There seemed to have have been a local rum punch on the refrigerator along with a Brita filter jug.
