I didn't like the reception 😕, I called and called no one Answered the phone, after waiting outside of the apartment for two hours, I finally got another number on the site, I called and got a response. The kitchen only have only one pot to cook, the kitchen is not fully equipped at all. NO KITCHEN TOWEL TO WIPE THE COUNTER AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. No mop to clean, no broom to sweap the place. ONLY ONE THIRD OF A TOLIET PAPER, NO HAND SOAP TO WASH UR HANDS AFTER USING THE TOLIET.

There was no water at all. Hosts rented out the place knowing there was no water as they provided 6 1.5 L bottle water, but did not disclose this to me when booking. I only found out when I went to shower. No water to shower, flush toilet, wash hands, brush teeth, etc. The unit was fairly dirty, as there were little ants in every room (even the bedroom). There was no way to close the metal blinds in the bedroom. The towels felt crunchy, almost as if they were unwashed. Or washed poorly and had residue. Communication was okay. The host sometimes replied to messages, but failed to provide much support surrounding the lack of water. They claimed over and over that the problem would be fixed and that the water issue was street wide. The bed was okay, the pillows were essentially couch pillows and uncomfortable.

There was wifi and air conditioning.

Great location, very secure building. Responsive staff. The apartment is very clean. The host provided contact for both taxi and car rental, which was very thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend. The apartment is fully furnished and lightly stocked. It is a few minutes walk away from a shopping street and a bus stop. And also walking distance from the sea port. It also has a great view and a complete glass front.

Took me more than two hours to enter the apartment , only to find out after that I had been given the wrong code ! Tried calling the owner/manager several times to communicate the fact that we couldn't get in but no one answered . I only got a response when i went on booking.com and threatened to leave and request a full refund . It was only at that point that the owner/manager told me that i had the wrong code and preceded to give me the correct code. The apartment didn't feel clean at all.. I developed an allergic reaction from my first night at the apartment .. which resulted in bumps all over my body.. The morning following my check in I had to try to make my way to the pharmacy to get some medication and anti itch creams. The couch is visibly dirty ! Lets not talk about the dirty drapes in there. The bed/pillows were not comfortable and i just felt like i was sleeping in a nest of mites.

Absolutely nothing about this place .
