The location is perfect close to Saint Anne but in a calm spor. The hotel has a wonderful design and the "moulin" has its charme. The staff is very professional and nice, I would like to thank especially the guys from the restaurant and from the pool bar, exceptional servuce and cocktails!!! The rooms are comfortable very clean and at calm, with all amenities needed and a nice terrace. The restaurant is classy and has a quite varied menu for all tastes, maybe a bit expensive in contrast to continental France. The pool is great. They have a parking and a gym and a sauna. The spa is nice you need to book in advance but the service is good, special thanks to Marie (Marie Entence if I spelled right) she was great.

RomaniaI didn't find anything I disliked. The way we were organised, everything was exceptional.
The hotel is a very relaxing place for vacation. The whole complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are in small bungalows and are very well equipped, it was quiet, clean and with beautiful views. The pool and pool bar are great with excellent cocktails. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and varied. The restaurant serves upscale local cuisine. Everything tastes wonderful! But what I appreciated the most was the friendliness of the staff. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay in this place.

NorwayI tried ordering at the bar, both in the evening and daytime, and both times I had to go fint someone from the restaurant to help me get service, after having wanted for a long time. This is not up to standard in such an expencive hotel
Location and breakfast was amazing. But What I appreciated the most was the friendliness of the staff- especially Mathilde, who helped me when I was really stressed about finding a place for my first night in Guadeloupe.

United KingdomBar food was ok but general menu a bit limited, also menu hours a bit restricted. We didn't eat in the main restaurant so cannot comment.
room was quiet, clean and lovely outlook. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was lovely. The grounds were great, very nice yoga classes and relaxing environment. Cocktails made by bar staff were like an artwork every time, very impressive. Great surf beach just 10 mins walk down the road and then a pathway leading to a lovely coastal walk with beaches for swimming.

Breakfast was a buffet and it was ok but nothing special. The room was clean and ok but the bathroom was a little outdated especially the hairdryer. The gardens are beautiful however. Dinner at the bar was ok but not enough choice on the menu. The restaurant was nice but you do not want to eat there necessarily every night and the bar food was too limited

United StatesStaff did not speak English well which is a big limitation for a 4-star hotel. Rooms were very dark, with too many trees in front of the windows. We asked for a room change due to this which was not accommodated. We asked for a late check out that was not accommodated even if the hotel was not fully booked. They sold St Valentine’s dinner without showing the menu and the price.

United KingdomThe pool is rather small for the number of people wanting to use it - particularly the mid afternoon ‘rush’. Similarly a shortage of sun-loungers and in particular ones offering any shade. During our 6 night stay we only once managed to secure a lounger during an afternoon visit to the pool. We were lucky with the location of our bungalow. The terraces of many bungalows are very public. Also some located nearer to the road would have been bothered by road traffic. A bottle of water together with coffee and tea bags were offered in the room on arrival. These seemed to be a one off and were never replenished. The restaurant gave us restaurant more coffee bags but this was obviously not common policy.
We stayed in a standard bungalow. Very comfortable extra large bed. Efficient air conditioning and good bathroom facility. Our small terrace was secluded and not overlooked. (Other bungalows were more in public view). Room is quite small but adequate.
