The view from the pool was just spectacular, the atmosphere very intimate. Beautiful, romantic setting to enjoy a relaxing time. The staff was very friendly, helpful and happy to help

There was no restaurant, which requires you to take out your car for 15min to get any food in (except for breakfasts). It's a shame if you plan on staying in.

Pool in best view. Stuff was just perfect. Air condition was great. We enjoy it alot.

The hotel was amazing and totally exceeded our expectation. View is splendid (please go take a nap, a coffee and enjoy a read in the hamac, seaside oriented), facilities are lovely (w/ secured parking), room is charming (clean, and very confortable). And let's talk about the infinite pool (main pool, the hotel has also a semi-private pool for premium rooms). I could have stayed hours looking at the sea, and you truly have the sensation of infinite pool. Staff was wonderful. Very helpful, super nice, and we felt like in a homestay instead of an hotel. For breakfast, you'll find everything you need with right amount and not gargantuant. So you'll reduced waste.

Amazing staff! Everybody went over and beyond to make sure we had an awesome stay (we did). Special mention to Laurent who manages breakfast and is absolutely amazing, as well as Stephanie and Bianca at the reception desk. The hotel is very quiet and only has a few rooms. We didn't see any kid, which added to the feeling of quietness.

We stayed four nights at the hotel, it was really nice to stay. The room had a beautiful view from the balcony and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was a lot of choice, fresh and delicious! We had some medical issues but the owner helped us greatly and was companioned. And off course the pool was fabulous!

In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel, it resembles an Apartment Hotel. At the most, I would give it 3 stars. There is no 24 hour concierge, no bar and I was very concerned about guest evacuation in the event of a Fire. Despite there being a bar at the Hotel, it was not staffed, so it is not possible to have a drink at the bar, anytime. Instead before 8pm you can request a drink from reception. The choice of still wine was very limited, with only 1 white (Chardonnay, oaked) and 1, Rose available (I had to request that this was chilled). The Hotel is isolated and is in a quiet residential area, so it is not possible to walk to restaurants or bars near by. To drive to Saint Francois is 10 minutes and there is no street lighting, remember it is dark at 6pm! There is nobody to check you in to your room after 8pm. Our shower (poor quality) flooded the small bathroom after each shower. We complained and were provided with extra towels to mop up the mess! Breakfast was an extra 18 euros each and it was repetitive. We were disappointed as the French Pastries were obviously bought from the supermarket. We live in France and would have expected freshly bought pastries and bread from the Boulangerie at a 4 Star Hotel. In Booking.com it states that the Hotel has a Bar and that there is 24 hour security. Clearly this is not accurate.

This hotel was a "little gem" The rooms were well appointed, the view was outstanding, and the concierge was well versed and offered multiple ideas for the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, breakfasts and the afternoon refreshment after a day of exploring the island. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly appointed. We spoke very little English yet we were able to communicate our needs and the staff was very understanding and worked with us to figure out what we needed. Perfect place.

We have no complaints about our stay - it was perfect.

Very stylish boutique hotel, beautifully decorated. The infinity pool and exceptional vue,the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Quality bedlinen and super comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and welcome drink.

Only that you cant walk to restaurants or the town from there but it’s only a short drive.

Rooms are nice and big and with a great sea view. swimming pool is also very nice. They were very kind and flexible to let us use facilities after check out while waiting for our transfer to the airport

Pretty small hotel with few personnel, reception is not always open. Position is a bit far from center and taxi not easy to get. Still people frkk ok m the hotel has been vey kind in arranging transport for us for the beach and at the end for the airport but it always implies long waits and high cost (min 30 eur to get to at Anna beach during day, even 60 eur at night. It also pretty awkward for a 4 stars hotel that some of the personnel don’t speak English at all.
