My only issue was with the internet it goes off and on and works best during the morning time. This a critique and a compliment, goes to show what a great time I had!

The place was very clean, staff were welcoming and surprisingly spoke English which I wasn’t expecting..

The service - each time we ordered food, it took more than 1h to get served, even simple dishes like pasta. In general, it was very difficult to get help for any request we had. The gym - none of the equipment is functional

Good location, nice garden and terrasse to eat, the room are well maintained.

No tea/coffee in room. Towels over used. We asked for a sea view room. They gave us a sea view room that was more of a pee-view room. The one-acre of land between our room and the sea was used by motorcyclists as a toilet. Every time you looked at the sea you would see someone unzipping and urinating facing your window. Ask for a room closer to the seaside. None of the staff smiles or is welcoming. All social media platforms - FB, WhatsApp, YouTube, Signal, Instagram etc were blocked - but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel.

Could have more things in the room (water kettle for ex.) Staff was nice but we had to ask multiple times for the shuttle (the day before we left and the day we were leaving). Shuttle service is not very reliable.

There were some necessary items absent from the room. That makes it less than other 3-4 star hotels. Eg. Coffee utensils, toiletries, refrigerator. These are common in all hotels all around the world. Sorry for being straight forward In my reply. But i deemed it fit to bring good to your notice . Hope to see u soon.

The service during breakfast time was a bit slow. There was not much cutlery, glasses, bowls etc available. For everything we needed to ask, and either wait quite a bit, or did not receive the items at all.

We loved the pool. In the evening we could eat there, sparing us to go out. The hotel gave us a room which had an ocean view, which was very lovely. Thank you.

At booking, we were promised a room with a view of the swimming pool but the view was something else. That's not too bad; but then one evening I took my kids to dine in the hotel's restaurant, and when paying for the meal, they added another zero to the total, and I ended up paying ten times the price of the dinner. Realised only a few days later, and approached them about it. They promised to look into this, but one month down the line, I am still not reimbursed. The final dinner in the hotel involved over an hour's waiting time, so my kids fell asleep hungry. Finally, the transfer to the airport was really a mess: they changed the timing of our transfer at their own will two hours before the planned departure. I don't think I will ever go back to this hotel.

The hotel is located in a new building and follows great "western" standards. Good sound isolation, clean, tasteful. The food is great (one can eat three times a day), the personnel is mostly very friendly and welcoming; and the swimming pool is the cherry on the cake.
