United KingdomSome rooms (was moved 3 times) are deficient in basic accommodation necessities, eg no shower hose in 1st room, no privacy in bathroom, room door duzn't fit the door jamb, no internet in rooms far away from Reception. Also, hotel next door has a music (?) band in from Friday till Sunday, play their loud, thudding musak tiill 04h00, all loud and clear at Seaview Gardens Hotel. So remember to bring your ear plugs (if they work). Also, booked taxi via hotel for pickup from Banjul airport on arrivel .... cos my flight was one hour late, assumed the taxi driver left, thinking he wasn't being paid for waiting time. Consuquently, was harrassed, harangued by various ?? touts at the airport, and no internet connection at the airport ..... so no way cud I safely assess my transfer from airport to hotel. Water pressure in hotel bathrooms insufficient.
Breakfast was great (Gambian time). Had 2 x soft fried eggs on roll, with much salad, each day. Plus a fruit, usually fresh water melon. Other options available. Even the coffee was not far off the UK version of coffee. Reception was open all day, so helpful. Exemplary attendance by all domestics, very happy people which was fantastic, my domestic called Sarjo was ultra helpful. Also, taxi service outside hotel was helpful. Pool cleaned every day Hotel didn't allow touts in to premises, also useful. Room felt secure, even tho (in one of the rooms), the lock was faulty. Gardens were extraordinarily well kept and attended by gardens-attendant. Mosquito net around all beds was useful ..... one night I failed to draw down, was worried by Mozzies all night. Reception staff helpful.

SwedenThe breakfast was. It good. They had smal pieces of cheese and not very much to choose from. The first room we got was horrible. Not fresh and a lot of mold everywhere. Not a good room at all. But the staff was friendly and moved us to another room that was much better.
