GermanyThe rooms need a bit cosmetic work, the glasses at breakfast could be cleaner, apart from this minor things, it is a nice place. Too many strayed animals and the cats at breakfast and dinner was not good!
It was a nice resort, restaurant food was ok, breakfast was good but not much selection, pool is nice, quiet because it was in the off season, at the weekend was always full because of the Gambians who came for the Buffet and to swim. All in all a nice place with lovely employees, the life music with the saxophone guy was amazing! WiFi was really good.

The property was nice, the workers here were really friendly, the rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were also change daily. The pool was clean and always cleaned in the morning before guests are up. Breakfast was good!

United KingdomThe only negative is the cleaning. There was always a stain on my bedsheets and towels, even though they were changed everyday. Apart from that the hotel was perfect.
The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. I went during quiet season and basically enjoyed the hotel to ourselves. The resort itself is beautiful, right on the beach with amazing views.

NorwayThere was a leakage in the bathroom which it took several days to fix.
We had a great stay. The hotel holds high standard and is on the beach. The service of the staff was excellent, particularly we want to mention Lamin Comma who gave us a warm welcome and made sure we were satisfied with the room, Drammen who cleaned our room, charming Linda in the bar, and Muhammed Tamnedou who provided excellent service on the beach. Food selection was very good, although we missed more diverse fresh fruit. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the hotel, and would love to come back.

Even more of a shame that we had to pay €20 to ‘upgrade’ to the view we booked originally. Room we got for that had a beautiful view (also attached). Otherwise, great location on the beach and all rooms nicely refurbished.

United KingdomEverything besides the gym is great. The gym has old worn equipment with no working machines and is based outside under a shelter. A modernised air conditioned gym would be ideal with better selection of weights.
The property was clean, modern and spacious. I had a beach and garden view balcony room which I highly recommend as the views are gorgeous. The staff are all welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to requests. A large thanks to the concierge and restaurant staff who went above and beyond to make my stay at the property a positive one.

United KingdomEven though the front has been totally opened up to the beach it does get very chilly at night when the wind blows. Been going for 28years & the rooms are so much better now. Not a lover of local family's paying to come in at weekend's, very noisy & a lot of children
The weather excellent, the staff were great old & new staff. A special mention must go to our house keeper KADDY she went above & beyond expectations when looking after our room, not only was it spotless but she decorated our bed beautifully every day. She certainly is a credit to the hotel. Also a mention to Pauline, entertainment & Sam around the pool & not forgetting Sabina on the all inclusive bar. Just to name a few. Also the new general manager Victor who was always available & approachable if you needed anything, he would go out of his way to sort it for you.

HungaryWe have asked 2 cards to the rooms but it was refused. Why only one card is provided? On the 3rd evening of our stay we received a scary text that we have to pay immediately otherwise there will be consequences. At our arrival we were told to pay at leave. So we run down and asked if we missed any information or request. It turned out that a guest left the hotel without payment and they thought that a threatening, scary message will ensure the payments... There is no bank card reader, so the finance staff uses the bank card with the bank card number, security code etc. to pay.
The hotel has its own beach. The beach is wide, clean, beautiful. There are big pools, sufficient number of sunbeds. The staff is usually very friendly. The rooms are newly renovated. The daily cleaning was perfect. We appreciated that there was no continuously loud music. The performances in the afternoon and evening were entertaining. The breakfast is more than enough. The dinner is delicious. The safeguards ensured safe rest at the beach.

Although we had to change hotels at the last minute, I was very happy with the alternative hotel at Kalimba hotel. The hotel is stunning and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Local to Seni Gambia which was perfect.
