There were some other extremely rude and disruptive guests. They woke us up numerous times over the 4 nights of our stay. I don't think the owner did enough to warn them.

Our room was fantastic. The bed was huge and comfortable. The TV was amazing. The guesthouse is in a quiet part of town but a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The new rooms that are being built will make the guest house busier and they take up a lot of space, making the once spacious feel to the place seem crowded. The lovely flowers and plants have gone because of the new building

Love staying here as it has been peaceful and quiet and good value for money. I hope the new rooms and increase of more guests will not change the quiet atmosphere of Gam Properties.

The only downside is that it is difficult to locate and a decent walk from the main Senegambia strip. Walking home at night is down an unlit dirt road, but the neighborhood felt pretty safe so I didn't think it'd be a problem safety wise.

The room, staff, and facilities were great. The pool was awesome and the room was massive and well worth the money. The wifi connection was also pretty good.

A few sunbeds around the pool could be an improvement but was told they are looking for it. For the rest nothing negative.

Gam Properties is a nice place. My room was simple but very clean. The property has a variety of rooms some bigger than other. There's a kitchen and sitting area in the main building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Demba who takes hospitality serious and will do what he can to let you enjoy your stay. In some more expensive hotels they let you pay extra to use airco and a fridge. Not in Gam Properties. Also the airport shuttle is a big plus. Gam Properties location is in the village of Kerr Sering on a calm location. No bars with loud music around. The tourist area is about 15-20 min walking. I felt safe walking home in day as well during night. I will definitely go again to this place.

This property was was good value for the money, Only downside was its location which was a taxi ride to amenities but for many people this does not matter and the owner will take you anywhere for a small fee. I will be booking it for my next trip

There was construction going next to the pool. They did not inform about this on their page at all. They didn't have back up generator for powercuts but hours of hotness in rooms. Pool area was dirty, noisy and uncomfortable because of the constructions.

House itself was nice. Big living room with tv. Kitchen bit small for many cookers. Our room was spacy but bed made terrible sqeeky noise. Lot of noise from the street too. Staff tried his best to make gustomers cosy.
