They advertise parking on their facility search options. Even garage parking, this is misleading and needs to be removed from their offered facilities. There is no parking nor do they provide parking or garage parking onsite, these are provided by other business locations under 10 minute drive or walk from the accommodation which is notified after you book with a very informative welcome pack.

The property is very clean and modern, it’s not well noticeable from the outside but local assistance was able to direct me to the right door late at night.

the front door lock with code was difficult to operate, so other guests had just left it open. Not sure it worked or just broke when we used the lock code.

The space was confined and there was only one chair to sit inside. However there were lots of places to sit outside, but it was too cold and windy in December. In the spring and summer, this would not be a problem.

The check-in lock boxes were a bit tricky for other travelers we saw arriving but given that it is not a hotel and more like an extended stay accommodation it was very easy for us. No front desk but the staff were accessible through WhatsApp.

The location was perfect. Central to Main Street. The view from the terrace was the best feature of the room. Everything else was simple but inviting.

The view of the city is amazing. I can see The Rock from a nice perspective. The room is very well located close to the main street just a few minutes walk. Would highly recommend.

The room was very small and the wardrobe doors and drawers could not be opened fully due to hitting the bed. The wifi was not working in the room although this was not a problem it was irritating, the owner did attemp to rectify the problem it has to be said.

The building and room was exeptionally clean and in excellent condition. The location is perfect for everything you need in the center but was still very quiet. The terrace was very nice to have.

I thought that for the size of the room it was a little high but, it was in line with all other prices in Gibraltar.

The mattress could have done with updating, but overall, there wasn't much I didn't like. The shower head initially sprayed out the cubicle, but the head just needed tightening

The ease of access and close range of the square. The staff were great help, even with work getting done they were very helpful.

Everything was fine. The electric outlets are not compatible with other European plugs, but we came prepared with adapters. The window shutters don't seal completely, so there will be some light in the morning, which was OK for us.

The location was excellent. Central, but not noisy. The self-check-in process was easy thanks to the clear information given by the hosts. The terrace is wonderful, providing a nice view of the mountain, as well as some extra space, which the room doesn't have much of. The shower had good temperature and pressure. The hosts gave helpful information regarding parking for our car, which is a bit difficult and expensive everywhere in Gibraltar. We followed their tip and left it in the Spanish side, paying 27€ for 3 days, in the parking lot right by the border (30 min walk from the hotel). I recommend at least a 3-night stay, which gave us plenty of opportunity to experience Gibraltar, mostly by walking around (1 day for cable car and mountain nature reserve hike, 1 day for Europa point and Alameda Gardens)

Nothing at all. Would happily stay again. We are moving to Gibraltar in a few weeks so may need some temporary accommodation and it will be great for family to stay.

Apartment was very clean and location was perfect. Good facilities, toaster,, coffee pod machine, microwave and plenty of channels on the TV. The terrace was a real bonus and the staff were lovely. There was also a hairdryer

There was nothing I didn't like. The Internet connection for WiFi could have been a little stronger but honestly, that's the only constructive feedback I can think of. I had no issues during my stay, everything was fabulous and there were no negatives!

Thr apartment was so lovely! Just the right size, had everything I could need for my stay, a lovely terrace with amazing views and an amazing central location just off Main Street. It was clean and presented lovely. Anastasia and Thomas were brilliant in their communications and wonderful hosts too!

Outstanding and I only wish my stay here had been longer.

Incredible stay and the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Everything was beautiful and well-appointed (gorgeous hotel lobby ans tiles) and I loved the private balcony overlooking a side street in the old town. Fantastic central location.
