The is some building work in the area but all part of the growing developments in Gibralter and it didn't affect our stay.

Brilliant location! Bars/ restaurants, main square/ shops and airport all within walking distance. The roof top pool area was beautiful and very peaceful, as was the building. The host was also very helpful and responsive when answering questions.

Bedroom area very compact, with small wardrobe. Only one mirror in the apartment, that’s in the bathroom.

Location, near to Casemates Square and Marina for good choice of pubs and restaurants. Also great pools, jacuzzis, sunbeds and cabanas on roof. Good view of the runway.

The location was perfect, very easy to walk to all bars and restaurants and main sights . The public areas were immaculate, and the apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and the balcony exceeded our expectations and was like an extra room.

Communication was great, and it was easy to get the keys to access the property. The location was perfect ..a short stroll from the airport and Ocean Village , and very close to the city centre. Views from the balcony were amazing.

A mirror outside the bathroom would have been useful. We spent time relaxing in the apartment so would have liked a more comfortable sofa.

The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the airport and the water. It had all the necessities required for our 3 night stay. The bed is extremely comfortable. Although we couldn't use the pools (due to close season) and we didn't use the jacuzzi, we checked these areas out and these were lovely. We loved the roof top view of Gibraltar and the airport too. We were close to Ocean Village and Casemates Square so we were central to everything we needed. James was very friendly and answered all questions quickly throughout our stay.

Lounge could have been a little bigger, there was no plug for the bathroom sink,

We got the apartment keys very quickly, however we didn’t get the pass keys until a few hours later and they didn’t let us in on the 18th floor.

The communication was excellent and reassuring. We were able to arrive, change and head out. The ease of use of the properties facilities was also really good. Everything was clean and tidy. The property’s location was perfect too, shops bars and busses just on the doorstep.

Constructive feedback. Unfortunately, the 2 seater sofa is so low it was impossible for me to sit on. Younger people would not find this an issue, but for older people, it is. This meant i couldn't watch any TV unless i was prepared to stand. Similarly, the cups were on a shelf I couldn't actually reach without anything to stand on to get them down.

The location was excellent, with all areas easily accessible. The apartment was on the 12th floor with some impressive views of Moorish Castle, the rock, and the airport. The soundproof balcony door was good at keeping external noise out. The pools were lovely and well managed and available for residents of the block only. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall aesthetics of the apartment were nice.

Great views from the big veranda with amazing pools on floor 8 and 18. Close to ocean village and town. Only a 10 minute walk from the airport. Close to western and eastern beach. Easy to pick up the keys for the apartment.

some niggles with access cards but good security so felt very safe.

James answered his phone very promptly and sorted an issue with access cards quickly. Great location, right on Ocean Village with plenty of restaurants around. We stayed here for 1 night ahead of flight home next morning. It took us (as two over 70 year olds) 12 minutes to walk around the corner, across the airfield (!) to the terminal. Perfect Fully equipped with washing machine, toiletries and surprisingly comfortable bed.

Roof top pool, only be prepared to be met by a se argent major asking all the questions. If you don’t meet his requirements you may be liable to be ejected from the premises!
