Great location, a bonus having car parking space. Bruno gave us very helpful information above for visiting Gibraltar Rock. All his advice was spot on. The views from the balcony were spectacular, great sunset 🌅

A very comfortable stay in a lovely apartment which had everything we needed. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Gibraltar -we enjoyed the view from the sunny balcony. Our host Gino was very helpful and communicative 😊

I felt the major issue for me personally was all the stairs to the apartment with no lift , as gibraltar is extremely hilly anyway, the stairs were difficult and maybe should be highlighted more when booking for people with mobility issues, in the lounge the tv woukd only offer comedy central channel which was a shame.

The apartment was well equipped, clean , and he left a few treats in the fridge for my arrival, he gave me all the info for the bus routes and possible things I might want to see. He messaged to see if got there and settled in ok, and again when I left of time to leave and where to leave the key, very helpful. The air conditioning in the front room and bedroom was fantastic.

It would be useful if the notification of key arrangements etc could be sent a little earlier; we received the mail when we were already at the airport and so did not have chance to print the detailed info - but the host was there to meet us, so all well. Also, it would be helpful to advise that access is by 4 floors of stairs, which would be a problem for someone with a disability, but the host helped with baggage. A coffee filter cone or other device would be a good addition.

Very comfortable appartment on 4th floor with good view. Kitchen well equipped in the main. Private car-parking place very useful (even if a bit of a challenge to back into!).

WiFi intermittent, though this is more due to the GIB connection rather than the apartment WiFi. 60 steps up to the apartment can be a challenge, especially after a full day walking around.

exceptional service, communication excellent from owner. service outstanding. Clean, well equipped apartment. Bed comfortable, shower very good, though can run cold after you are in it for a while. Bus just down the road takes you anywhere you want to go and very cheap. supermarket a very short walk away.

There are 60 indoor steps to climb (no lift). It wasn't too much of a problem for my wife and I but might be for some.

The apartment was modern, clean and very well equipped. The view across the bay was lovely. The owner's responses to our questions were swift and helpful. Parking in Gibraltar can be difficult so the private space right outside the property was welcome.

Nothing to not like..

A very tidy apartment with everything you need to cook and enjoy a few drinks on the balcony overlooking the harbour. The location was an easy stroll into town. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We will visit again!

Unfortunately, the surfaces in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were quite dusty. We has the impression the flat hadn't been used for a while because the overall cleanliness was good. The mattress could have been better.

Gibraltar Straits View is a lovely flat with a terrace with a fantastic view over the Bay of Gibraltar. The living room/kitchen was very well-equipped, comfy and spacious. There is a private parking space available directly outside the flat and it is within walking distance of the centre, cable car and Europa point. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away. We will never forget the amazing New Year's fireworks display, which we watched from the terrace. The owner was easy to contact and left some snacks and drinks in the fridge. We would not hesitate to stay here again. It was certainly better value than a more central hotel. There are a lot of stairs to get to the flat so it would not be ideal for someone with mobility problems.

Only nagging points, there wasn’t any spare toilet roll, and the bed is quite small (it’s a small apartment so I get it, but my feet were hanging off the bed and I’m only 6ft). Slightly more expensive than the Holidays Inn express, but in my opinion, worth it.

Great location, well furnished, guaranteed parking which is rare in Gib, great views and balcony, great communication and easy check in system.

The flat is on the 4th floor, and lots of steps, so just be aware if you have mobility problems, and to be very very picky, the bed pillows were very thin. But everything else was perfect
