How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The property is advertised with parking, there is no parking for this apartment but i was directed to a public car park so this ad is misleading on the parking front.
The apartment is clean and in a great central location.

The shower was rather weak, perhaps water pressure in the building is low. That aside, nothing else to fault.
The location was superb, right in the middle of town, easy walking distance to most places. Cleanliness of the apartment was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Communication from Nataliia was very good.

The studio was nearly new and contained everything needed for a self catering holiday.It was super clean,the bedding and towels were top quality.The location was perfect ,150 yards from Main Street and The Casemates restaurants area.

There isn’t really anywhere to sit and relax apart from the bed due to the size of the room, but that isn’t an issue.
Very central. Clean studio, comfortable bed. Quiet despite being near the centre. Good bathroom. Plenty of space to hang up clothes.

The swimming pool on the roof is open 24/7 and the Gibraltar center is extremely close.

I really can't think of anything genuinely
Every aspect of this booking sadly it was only one night stay but the host is superb she keeps you updated all throughout the booking process inc lead up to your arrival with accurate instructions on the location and access into the apartment. There is a lift to the apartment and Once in Wow Wow Wow it was so superb beyond expectations super clean, fresh smelling, awesome bathroom, fab kitchen, the living space is top quality. The bed is super comfy, you can help yourself to lots of different types of hot drinks bottled water and even a bottle of Wine! The splash pool on the roof is fun and quirky overall I can't recommend this apartment more highly a big thank you to my host for the messages throughout really loved the way I was able to relax after the job was done ... Thank you again I will certainly return if called back to Gibralter again...

Some basic cooking ingredients could be provided such as oil or salt and pepper to improve the overall experience. However, all cooking utensils and cutlery were all complete. This is just a suggestion and my review is 2 months late so the host might have already improved this.
Clear instructions at every step of the way and host was very responsive at all times so it felt very reassuring. The place was spotless and had everything I needed for almost a week. There was a bottle of cold water, wine and some snacks and also some tea bags and coffee to get started upon arrival so that was nice and thoughtful. Appreciate the availability of Netflix too. Great central location.

Location is amazing, hundred meters to the Main Street. Apartment is clean and fabulous, very well equipped. It’s my third time in this studio and I absolutely love it. The checkin is easy and understandable, big pool at the roof and everything is located in the heart of Gibraltar.
