The aircon in the apartment is a table top unit meaning it is very loud and doesn’t do a great job of cooling the place down. The ventilation for the aircon is via the window meaning that the window is open constantly. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle to sleep while the aircon is on. The other main criticism was that the kitchen was not well stocked or very clean. There was old food stuck to the chopping board and cutlery, and some of the knives were blunt. We cleaned them before our use but it didn’t look like they were well maintained. I noted that some of the other reviews for this property criticised the curtains in the bedroom, while these are light, they didn’t bother us. However if you’re a light sleeper you may struggle to have a sleep in with the curtains. Overall, it was a nice stay and reasonable for the price.

Great location and it was a comfortable apartment for a couple of nights. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to others.

There was only a portable air conditioning unit so you would have to move it into the bedroom as it wasn't sufficient enough to cool the whole area. No problem, although it was noisy you soon but used to it and can sleep well as it cooled the bedroom down.

Very easy to enter property (just as long as you can remember the code as no keys). Great location, very clean with all facilities for cooking. Comfortable bed and very clean.

shower was facing window and there was no main curtain that wasn't see through, people walking by could potentially see you shower naked or sleeping either no way to have more privacy. building could do with numbers on outside as finding the room was difficult at 1st

When we arrived the property smelt very strongly of bleach. Too strong to sleep comfortably. The maintenance staff arrived quickly when requested. I had to ask for a cleaner to try and remove the smell. That was done to a degree. The toilet seat was loose and i had to request for it to be fixed. The window in the lounge/kitchen wouldn't close and I had to ask the same guy if he could close and lock it. The toilet/washroom is very small. The shower cubicle is fine. We found that the sofa in the lounge was a bit old and the seats had sunk. Cold accomodation. There wasn't enough heating for the time of year. I had to move the only electric radiator from one room to the other. There is not enough space around the bed and door. The curtain/drape in the bedroom was too thin to prevent light from the streetlight on the wall outside the property from flooding the room with light at night. Some electric wall sockets need upgrading. Some didn't work at all. Some were a bit iffy.

Great location on a quiet street at night. Seems to be a safe and clean area of town. Plenty of hot water. Good WiFi/TV. All major kitchen appliances were new although not used by us. Bed linen and bathroom towels were clean. We still enjoyed our stay and providing the minor things are addressed I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Very noisy in the night with the seagulls ( I know that can't be helped ) The bedroom was very light,there was a lamp post right outside the bedroom window, maybe could do with a blackout blind.

Lack of an baking tray to use in the oven was a small detail but would be a problem for anyone wanting to self cater.

The location was amazing, cleanliness was brilliant having the sport package on the television was a real bonus for me. Communication with silverkey was excellent.

The apartment was very cold with only a small heater to use. Most of the mugs, plates and cutlery were quite dirty. The shower and toilet open up directly into the bedroom, so there would be no privacy if you were sharing. There is an option to store your luggage at their office, however when I went there it was shut and the phone number provided didn’t work, even though I had arranged this in advance.

The apartment was well located, just off of Casemates Square with plenty to do nearby. The wifi worked perfectly and the property was tidy. The welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits was a nice touch. The shower had great pressure.

Smoke alarm needed new battery, peeping sound all day and night. It was on a high ceiling so couldn’t stop it.

Location is excellent, very accessible to town center, not far from airport, room is tidy, clean and modern, has appliances that you can use such as fridge, microwave, washing machine, telly, the only concern we have is my sister could not connect to their WiFi otherwise overall experience was exceptional. Totally recommend! Also, forgot to mention, we left our luggage to their office while waiting for our flight, staff were nice and accommodating.

Sofa is stained, the hairdryer not working resulting in a few dodgy hair days, I've never had to move a microwave accross the room in order to be able to use it before as there were no other sockets, the street light is right outside the bedroom window and the curtains very flimsy so do not block out the light.

It has a key pad to enter the property which is very convenient, but there isn’t a bolt to lock once your inside. I was travelling with my daughter so would have felt safer if I could lock the door from the inside.
