    Everything was ok !

It was a very proper suit with a good vibe , you have everything you need in the kitchen , bathroom , and it is at two steps of the Main Street, so you have close of you the restaurants , shops etc . We enjoyed it !

The fountains outside are nice but can be dangerous for slipping over if you have had a few cold ones

The beds were incredibly comfy, the flat is spacious and well kitted out, definatly recommend.

The kitchen should be better. There should be more stuff with covered lids.

The location was amazing. The rooms were very clean. The apartment was large and we had a perfect holiday here. The check in process was hassle free.

-Neighbours are quite noisy. We got lucky as only one night they were loud but they were walking around until 3am and in and out of their door which then triggers the sensor light outside. -Smaller bedroom window is right outside the sensor light to the property. The curtains are linen and very thin. Me and my little boy were woken up lots by the light coming on from Neighbours coming into their property (can't be helped) maybe get some thicker/black out curtains for that room. These are very minor issues but I can see the host is great and will listen and act upon feedback

After reading previous reviews I can see the host has improved lots of things and listens to the reviews. We loved our stay and would 100% go back. +Location +Decor and layout of appartment +Instructions from host very clear. We had no issues finding or getting into the property. +TV and other appliances easy to use. They do have pans and plates etc. We cooked a few times there. +WiFi brilliant as is the smart tv

You need to be more specific about Castle Street and Castle Road. We did have a bit of difficulty finding the unit, otherwise everything was great.

Close to the city centre. Walking distance to the cable car. When we walked down from the rock we landed right outside our door.

Without instructions manuals for kitchen appliances it was difficult to use the oven and hob, along with microwave. I did manage to use the washing machine, but didn't use dishwasher. There are insufficient cooking implements such as pots and pans and cooking implements, along with lack of oven gloves. More tea towels and kitchen hand towel would be useful. The apartment is advertised as catering for six, but the lack of suitable equipment means that guests are unable to make full use of the kitchen. There is only one small frying pan, one small saucepan or huge casserole pot. It would also be useful if there was a maintenance book in the apartment in order to notify staff of minor issues, such as blown light bulbs. A selection of tourist pamphlets would be appreciated by guests who arrived on Saturday & the Tourist Information office doesn't open until Monday. The above is not meant as a criticism but will hopefully help the property owner improve on the facilities.

We enjoyed the tranquility of the apartment. The beds extremely comfortable. The minor issues, with the bedside lamps, were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Bit of confusion entering apartment as we couldn’t find block number displayed anywhere and weren’t told apartment number, but we figured it out in the end by guessing by directions.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, right in the centre.

The address and entry information is confusing as the header states Castle Road and the small print Castle Street. This caused a delay of over an hour when finding the apartment. Also, the apartment block is not number 6 Castle Street is is named the Nook. A small detail that caused a lot of walking and delays but with some helpful locals and staff we found a wonderful apartment waiting for us. Also, the key code needs activating first and do not press the circle. Press any other key and then enter the code. Again, small details that can make a difference when arriving. Luggage storage was a great help as well. We are just sad it’s already booked for our dates next year.

A great location, modern and It had two bathrooms for the group.

Even though you're in a shopping precinct, the trading laws are old school. Everything closes by 6pm apart from restaurants - they stop serving by about 10pm. Also we were there the coronation weekend and the shops weren't open on sunday! Don't know if this is standard but bear this in mind if planning a weekend trip. The water feature outside the property - you have to get used to the running water sound! It will either soothe or annoy! It also splashes causing the tiles to be wet and very slippery in the morning- because of this and the slope to get to the nook, high heels are not advisable! There are sensory lights outside the property. Good for you when you're coming in to your apartment as the floor is a little uneven. Not good when you are in bed and someone else is trying to get into their apartment as the light disturbs you. The door code is annoying as it never activates as it should. But that might just be me getting it wrong every time! Inside the property, the majority of the sockets were UK sockets which was good for us. But they could do with putting in a few more plug sockets in the lounge especially on the sofa side or have a spare extension lead. We travelled as a 4 person family each with phone or tablets so it was a bit inconvenient for all the sockets to be behind the TV unit. The apartment is on ground floor so guests in flats above who smoke, throw down their cigarette ash and butts - you may not want to hang clean clothes out in the patio. It's a shame as silverkey advertise the properties as non smoking but they obviously can't police it.

Location is great as you're in the centre of the shopping precinct, but you can't hear the hustle and bustle. It's like an oasis. The layout of the apartment is nice. The kitchen had everything you needed including the unexpected like cutlery, chef knives, grater, ice trays etc. There is a washing machine and dishwasher too and everything works! You'll need to purchase basics though, tea, coffee, sugar etc. It would be a nice touch to have a small selection of those at least for your first morning if you check in late as we did. Lots of clean bedding. Lovely little decorative items and modern furniture and furnishings tastefully positioned. They've married the modern with the Spanish villa feel and it works. The WiFi was strong throughout the apartment which was great. Customer service is responsive they never missed an email. Cleaning staff were friendly even though they don't speak English. Thank god for Google translate. We laughed at how far off we were with our questions!

There was no separation in the master bedroom from the wc and shower facilities. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom area. This meant the odour from using the wc permeated the apartment particularly the bedroom. As a result of There being no extractor fan the bedding and our clothing always felt damp - high humidity. The directions to the apartment on Booking.com were abysmal! If it wasn't for a kind local lady actually knowing the location we would still be looking now! The apartment is actually easily located - once found!! - better directions would be: Main St - turn up Bell Lane - at Castle St/Steps go up - apartment ( called and labelled The Nook) is half way up on the right. Private secluded patio has to be shared with pigeons- need a good parasol!

Location was very convenient to the main part of Gibraltar. Rooms were spacious and light.
