Great pool, furnishings, lobby and gym. The bed and pillows were excellent. Love the smart TVs with access to streaming. The balcony was a nice size.

NigeriaThe hotel food was very good! The buffet breakfast options were robust and varied nicely day to day. However, I recommend that the in-Dining menu could be expanded further to offer more variety.
I stayed in the junior suite, the rooms were well designed and furnished. The staff were super polite and helpful. Special shout out to the reservations manager Gifty who went above and beyond to make our stay a most pleasant experience. The complementary airport pickup and drop off service was comfortable and on time. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of town, and very close to major tourist attractions in Accra. Regardless, the premises itself was very quiet and provides a relaxing, serene, escape, right in the middle of town! Overall, it was such a great experience!

I recently stayed here for 11 nights and I must say, from start to finish the experience was fantastic. The hotel is located in a nice area, its very secure, the rooms are massive, and the food is amazing! Breakfast was fantastic. I requested cold chocolate once for breakfast and the following days, James and Ebenezer would make it for me without me even asking. The pancakes were fresh and were always served with a smile. The restaurant has really good food, although the menu is small. Anna and Bless used to look after me. One night, I was feeling a curry and rice and, even though its not on the menu, Anna spoke to the chef for me and was able to make it happen. Room service was always very fast and Ibrahim would always ensure I had everything I needed. Bismarck, the legend! We used to catch up during breakfast and when I would come back from the office, sharing a laugh or too together. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. What made it really special was the people. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed getting to know everyone during my stay. Thank you! TK

United StatesOpening the room doors required a bit more effort than they should to open (I was in two rooms). During my stay there was a full day of power issues, so power cycled on and off throughout the day which was a bit frustrating. The staff was communicative about the issue which was as well as could be expected.
The staff was attentive and accommodating. From the airport shuttle driver to maintenance. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The facilities are less than a year old and hopefully they continue to maintain them.

Clean, safe and welcoming. From the minute you arrive, you are welcomed by one of the incredible team. The customer care is above and beyond and personalised to each and every guest. Staff were so friendly with our children, greeting them by name every time they saw them. The team couldn’t do enough to help us and met every request. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The facilities, and rooms are the best in Ghana and it my best trip to Ghana to date, thanks to the wonderful haven. It is so close to the airport with great proximity to Osu and Oxford Road, along with the Ring Road, allowing you to gain access to the road network.

United StatesNo notice of construction work adjacent to my room for 2 days. Banging was very loud. The hotel forgot to send someone to pick me up from the airport Had to stagger water use in shower because of slow drainage and water overflow into bath and bedroom.
This was my second time staying at this facility and everything was consistently excellent. Customer service is top-notch and the facilities are clean and beautiful. I will definitely stay here again and again.
