    Those who were in the morning shift always make noise and when I the came to the night shift too same thing happened and when you ask them to change the beds spread but the moment I told Opari everything was done

    Breakfast and location are poor.

    The foam mattress is hard like a rock. Sleeping on it was a nightmare for me so I shortened my stay.

    breakfast was 2hrs 30mins delayed because the hotel run out of gas. no parking space at all. TV stations were not stable at all. No restaurant as against what is written on their website.

    For a 5 star service at a very cheap rate, it was much appreciated. It’s a beautiful and cozy accommodation just perfect for that perfect occasion. Very comfortable and clean room I must say, and it’s also in a very quiet neighbourhood. This hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast was just as ordered, and it came all for free. I like free food. The staff I must admit are very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back anytime I visit Kumasi.

    This hotel was fantastic and the reception staff Emmanuel and Portia were lovely. Rooms are clean, staff very welcoming and I would not stay anywhere in Kumasi, when coming from London. I usually stay in much more expensive hotels but this was great and more than enough. In highly reccomend. I met the onwer too, great and accommodating guy.

    Nothing in that hotel.

    The rooms are very smelly, the pictures shown on thier website is opposite what is at the hotel.the number 4 room is so so bad, and something they are aware of it. So the have put air freshener in the room, yet the smell is unbearable. The bed, instead of mattress, they have put just foam mattress which hard when you sleep on them. You wake up in the morning with body pains

However ,your major concerns do not reflect our business .The air fresheners kept in the room are meant to enhance freshness ,not to cover any unpleasant smell. As per the hotel policy ,we recommend regular cleaning to ensure a pleasant stay of all our guests. While we respect your privacy ,you authorized housekeeping not to enter your room to tidy up for all your three day stay anytime you step out meanwhile you were bringing food outside to eat in the room which contributed to the smell. Also ,the rooms shown on the website are superior rooms and you booked for an economy which was even upgraded to a standard room upon your arrival .You didn't you report any of your major concerns to the staffs during your 3 days stay and you never mentioned any of the good services you enjoyed. Thank you again for your feedback.

    The staff were very accommodating and helpful

    The location made it hard to get a cab and the shower wasn’t working but they quickly changed our room to sort the issue

    A beautiful, nicely designed, modernized tech-rooms and hotel in general! The bathroom is beautiful and spacious with high-ceilings! The Staff was nice and helpful. Sonia at the front desk was helpful in getting me a taxi and Larry helped me to order fast food the first night since I was told the kitchen closed earlier than the 8pm usual time that day although he never gave me back my 20 cedis after he made change for the delivery guy. I never asked him about it as I expected him to keep his word and I felt like I shouldn’t have to ask to get my change back. Anyway, not a big deal but I guess that’s his tip although he would’ve gotten a bigger tip than that at the end had he kept his word and given me back the 20 cedis the next morning as he said he would!😀

    The hotel is kinda hidden and not easy to find and the road leading to it is unpaved and very bad. and Also, the Toilet stopped flushing my 2nd night, leaving my room with an unpleasant smell! The “free Wi-Fi” barely worked so I gave up trying to access it after the first night! Upon check-in, I was told by Sonia at reception that the room with balcony I had requested during my reservation was “under maintenance” so I will be given a room downstairs and transferred to that room the next morning but I never heard anything about it and I didn’t bother to ask anymore. I felt like I shouldn’t have to ask as I expect people to keep their word with me just as I do. Also, ordering the “free breakfast” was kind of a hustle: Although the info in the room states that breakfast is from 8am-10am, I was given a run-around twice at my attempts to order breakfast. The first morning, I was told the chef is nowhere to be found and the person who can help is in the shower so I had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour to get my breakfast! On the 2nd morning, I was told it’ll be ready in 15mins but I waited for another 30-45 minutes . Recommendation: Please start serving breakfast earlier than 8am! Perhaps start at 6:30am or 7am as some guests have to leave as early as 6-630am to catch international flights or buses to other cities. At the very least, please stick to your stated time for the beginning of breakfast and make it easier for guests to get breakfast! For instance, I wanted to go out to town earlier my first morning as it gets really hot in the afternoon but I couldn’t do so due to the delay in serving breakfast! During my 2nd morning, I wanted to check out by 8:30am as I was traveling far and I had transportation arrangement but I couldn’t do so again because of the delay in providing breakfast. Moral of the story: Please be a little bit more mindful of guests’ time when it comes to the timing and convenience in accessing breakfast!
