Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SwitzerlandI had a very relaxing stay at this hotel – it’s the perfect place to unwind. The pool area is beautiful and great for lounging, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and impressively large with a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay – truly one of the highlights of the experience. However, the interior could use a bit of a refresh, as some areas feel a little outdated. Unfortunately, I also forgot my hat in the hotel and it couldn’t be found. That was a bit disappointing, and I suspect it might have been due to some delays or miscommunication between departments. Overall, still a great stay and I’d happily return!

The spa was phenomenal - both the environment and the therapist. The front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming. Also the manager at the poolside and the guy that mans the desk at the gym, all fantastic.

United Arab EmiratesIt's not a 5 stars standard, way less, the curtains in the room are not open properly, the drawer is not close , and the closets door is not close properly. They have just one restaurant on the 3rd floor for lunch and dinner. The cafe in the lobby does not have everything , especially snacks and desert. I was disappointed with the facility as kimbenski hotel around the world is much better.
The room is big, good location, breakfast was rich and so many varieties.

United StatesThe rooms need a refresh. They are current dark and damp. The hallways stink of mold and mildew. Exhaust fans should be added to the bathroom to remove the moisture in the air. The restaurants and bars have not had the proper culinary training to match the 5 star rating. The restaurants would be rated 2 at best. The staff are kind and extremely helpful but they cater more to the European clients.
The staff and amenities are absolutely 5 stars. The facility itself is 3.5 stars, and the breakfast has a lot of good options. The concierge staff is an amazing group of individuals. They give excellent t service! The entire front desk staff were kind, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.

United StatesThere was a miscommunication regarding the rate for a driver one evening and it was not recorded as discussed. I was told this would be corrected, however at check out it was not. Then, when I mentioned it at check out, the reported manager for this department advised the price was actually higher and proceeded to direct the desk agent to increase the charge rather than honoring the price that was documented, which was already three times the expected price. I thought that was in poor form and not an example of good customer service, especially as she never spoke to the person that recorded the charge incorrectly. She put a pall on a great experience otherwise. Would have been a 10 other than her and the buying of currency. which did not always occur with posted rates and they were appreciably lower than that at the airport.
The hotel was lovely and the morning breakfast was an exceptional buffet that I purposed not to miss after my first experience. There was a large variety of foods and it was a great start to the day.
