Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My room was not cleaned until after 6pm despite someone coming to ask if it had been done in the early afternoon. You can only order the buffet in the dinning room in the evening although you can have individual meals as room service. One of the treadmills in the gym did not work.
Enjoyed the breakfast with its healthy options. Good decor in the rooms, atrium & dinning room. Good pianist in the evening. Helpful staff especially in the bar. Problems raised were dealt with promptly. Timely courtesy airport shuttle.

LiberiaThe first day after I checked in, I ordered food, and it was terrible. The Talapia was salted, re-cooked so it was hard and a little tinted. Infact a fly kept coming around my food and fell in the glass of water because it was chasing the tinted fish. The waiter still billed me for the water. I am not so sure that he changed he glass either.
The first room I was assigned did not meet my expectation especially the amount of money paid. I than requested a change of room was granted without a problem. The breakfast was good with a lot of different options to choose from.

United StatesAll staff delivered 5 star service except the bar/restaurant staff. Front desk and the bellmen were top notch. This is the issue. We ordered food in the bar area and waited nearly an hour and still didn’t receive the food. Justice, the waiter kept telling us only 5, 10 more minutes. Still no food. We had an early morning flight so we left. Early the next morning, we check out & we tell the front desk about the food and we tell them we need to pay for our drinks. I was given the price & I paid. 5-10 min laters, Justice comes with a bill in hand saying 10 more ghs was owned. I was outraged as Justice promised food then didn’t deliver & he was a nuisance. Most establishments especially 5 star, would have apologized for the inconvenience and offered the drinks free. They definitely would not harrass a guest for more money after the guest paid the price provided.

Ghanathe staff service was inclredibly slow. i had to call 3 times before i could get room service up my room. When i asked for it to be charged to my room, they declined and insisted i pay upfront and that was really not great service as i did not have cash

United KingdomGenerally speaking things are okay. There is always room for improvement but the African Regent is a good hotel. I would be interested in visiting the hotel again.
The staff are polite and friendly. The restaurant's food is good. The hotel is clean and spacious with a strong Wi-Fi connection. The location was ideal, it's in close proximity to the airport and the City's malls. I enjoyed my stay. Cecelia was our housekeeping assistant (for the second floor) during our stay. She kept our room neat and tidy.
