Breakfast seemed very basic - just some cheeses and toast, cereal etc, with no cooked food, so I didn't take it (over-priced at 12 Euros). The basin in my bathroom was totally blocked - the cleaner must have known this when they cleaned the bath because there was standing water in the basic all the time. I was only staying 1 night, so I didn't complain.

Friendly, English speaking staff. Central location (about 3 mins walk from the Line 7 bus stop, which goes to/from the airport). Good Wifi.

The only drawback of the hotel is the bad wifi. The first day of my stay internet went smooth, but the second day wifi was terrible! Reception gave me a router after my complaint, but I had some trouble finding the right adress of this router. After some instruction at the reception internet was smooth again. When I arrived in my room I couldn't find any toilet paper. A mistake! After my complaint the receptionist handed me the paper: 'the most important thing in a hotel room, Sir...!'

Location is perfect and staff was friendly. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Cayenne and nevertheless the envirement ws not very noisy; you only hear some traffic and sometimes you hear a car radio, but not at night time. There were a fridge and tea facilities in the room.

Laundry is off-site so takes 48hrs to get done. Luckily there's a laundromat nearby so you can do it yourself. The hotel bar needs an upgrade.

staff was exceptional. very helpful and proactive about our comfort, safety and overall experience. breakfast was the best we’ve seen in the Guianas, with special extras like excellent coffee and hot milk to go with it. variety of fresh fruits, breads and pastries.

stayed at Central Hotel for 4 nights and I was happy with it. The location is great within walking distance to most highlights and eateries in town. All the guys in the reception are very helpful. I would like to point out the guy named Jeyper was the most amazing receptionist I have ever experienced. He would go beyond what you would expect in order to sort out whatever problems you might have. He as so helpful and positive whenever anyone needed his assistance. No matter if it was early or late. I would gladly be back.

The breakfast setting is a bit confusing. Some things are here and some are there. Takes some time to find everything.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Cayenne. Everything is walking distance away. The staff was very professional and helpful (they speak English). The room size was sufficient for a short stay.

There are no additional information about the place, transportation, anything. Front desk staff only know how to book a room. When you ask them for restaurant recommendations, how to get to another place, they have no clue. It's like they are tourists, not me.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - it's right in the center of Cayenne. The staff was helpful, I loved the breakfast and my room. Also quite importantly, the price was affordable, especially considering the high standard of the hotel and of the service (to be honest, I expected something worse).
