Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Excellent location if you come to ski in Gudauri. The nearest ski lift is only 3000 metres from the apartment. After leaving the building, you need to turn left and walk down the street. The balcony offers stunning views, the apartment is new and equipped with everything necessary for living and self-cooking. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. There was always hot water during our stay. You can leave your skis in the locker on the ground floor. The locker is very large, and it can store up to four sets of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come here again in the future.

NetherlandsThe apartment building is extremely warm inside. We switched off both heaters and managed to sleep comfortably with the door slightly open whilst its -7 outside. This is due to heating coming from other apartments.
Great value for money location not too far from the lifts. Host was helpful and supportive with tips and shuttles.

KenyaIf you're using a 3 pin plug for your devices, it's best to buy your own adapter. However, the host was kind enough to arrange one for us.
The host was very accommodating and keen on us having a good stay, beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the best part was the view, it was spectacular exactly as it was on the photos. Thanks Guranda you were very helpful and kind.

United Arab EmiratesThe beds are not the most comfortable - both the bunk bed and the two single sofa beds, which have to be pushed together. It's a shame the positioning of the bunk bed blocks off the glorious views. Also, while it's not a problem, it's important to note, especially if travelling with young children, that the building is one of the furthest from the cable car station, so do expect a 10-minute walk uphill with ski gear.
Good value for money room with lovely views onto the surrounding mountains and valleys. Nice to have access to a washing machine in the room. Easy, no hassle process to get access, too. The heating works extremely well and keeps the cold at bay.
