Very comfortable place within walking distance from old Kutaisi centre. Fully equipped kitchen, nice large shared bathroom and large comfortable terrace. I especially liked the room with the big old dining table: perfect for those who need a couple of days to catch up on work in a comfortable quiet place. I can highly recommend.

My room was next to the patio, where people understandably like to hang out. Unfortunately, this meant hearing everything people said, played on their phones, etc, often right next to my window, which also meant right next to my bed.

I had an overall pleasant stay here. The hosts were welcoming and the room was comfortable. The huge shower area was a nice bonus.

A great host - helpful, friendly, great communication. A large porch. 2 bedrooms are huge. A piano in the hall. The kitchen is so well equipped you can prepare Christmas dinner. Grandma's cottage kind of house. Relaxing! Some shade from the grapes and fruit trees. Feels like countryside.

A quiet and calm place, perfect if you’re looking to relax. The outdoor terrace is a lovely spot to unwind, often with birdsong in the background. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and easy to reach via WhatsApp. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom was clean, and the overall setup felt cozy and comfortable. I especially loved staying in a real house in a residential area—nature sounds all around. Plus, it’s an easy walk to the city and supermarkets.

The matress wasn't something special but for its money it was pretty ok.

Everything was as expected, the bedroom was clean as well the shared bathroom. The hostess was really helpful regarding my late check-in, no problems at all.

Super friendly hosts. Very nice that you can read wifi-password from outside, so that you can contact them immediately as you arrive (we got delayed with our bu from mestia). Felt very clean and both bathroom and kitchen were warm.

Someone may not like (especially in winter) the fact that to get to the common bathroom, you need to go out of the building, but for us it was no problem despite very low temperatures (it's just a couple of meters). Also, there is a piano, but it's in one room and cannot be accessed by other guests. Would be nice to have it in the corridor.

Beautiful old house with detailed vintage atmosphere. I thought it may be dusty, but it wasn't at all, everything was clean and comfortable. In general, a very interesting place to stay at. For the price, really the best I could have imagined.

Wonderful stay. Tilda and Matilda are very friendly and available for anything you require. The house is massive, beautiful, and fascinating. The bedroom is big and warm. Furthermore, it is very quiet. I strongly recommend this structure.

Great guest house with a very kind and friendly host Anna. Comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated rooms. I enjoyed sitting in the sun on the shared terrace which has both a lounge and a small table and chairs. Well equipped shared kitchen which is great for cooking meals or just making tea or coffee, and these are provided for a small charge. Located in a quiet residential area which is a pleasant 20 minute walk south from the Colchis fountain in the city centre and just a 5 minute walk from several small grocery shops.

Sofa bed a bit tight quarters - I was traveling with a friend, not a partner. And having to quickly dash outside to the bathroom door if you had to "go" at night - it's chilly in November.

This was a last-minute booking to replace a cancellation. I think it was an improvement. Spacious and elegant room in a nice single-family home on a very quiet street. There even was a piano in the room. It seemed almost rural, yet was just 1.5 km down the road to the city center. We had the use of the dining room, kitchen and bathroom, aside from our room.

Had minor issues with a hot water in the shower in very first morning. More visible marks hot/cold water would help. Had to use a public shower with hit water instead of those in the room.

Fantastic outstanding appearance (feel like living in a palace!), cleanliness, great hospitality, good location & price/amenities ratio. One of the most outstanding sites of that type. These guys are doing a great job. Keep it up! Highly recommend.
