Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe wish there was breakfast, but the staff mentioned that it will be added soon.
We had an amazing time! Very friendly host, super helpful. We enjoyed the fireplace in our room. (Once you book, you would have to let the host know ahead of time that you would like to have the room with a fireplace, only 2 rooms have it). The view from the room was very nice, having a terrace was great too. Overall, it was very comfortable.

Saudi ArabiaThe view from the hotel was lovely, but unfortunately, the location is far from tourist attractions. Our booking included breakfast, and as tourists who wake up early, we were surprised to find out that breakfast is only served at 11 AM. In fact, there was no service available before that time. At night, it was hard to sleep due to the loud noise of the TV and the owner and their family, with no soundproofing in the house. I had assumed I booked a 4-star accommodation, but sadly, my experience was disappointing.
The view from the hotel was lovely.

Amazing! We had such a great time staying here. Hotel was very clean, cozy and warm. Location is good, walking distance from activities and shops and restaurants. There was a fireplace and a big balcony with view in the hotel, whch makes spending time there very heartwarming ❤️ Staff was extremely polite and kind. Many thanks to Sandro who take care of us during our stay, he even get us new playing cards so we can entertain. We had a wonderful experience in this hotel and hoping to come back soon 🥰 Sending love and hugs xoxo
