The bathroom and dorm floor are not very clean

The house is nice and the balcony is amazing. There is a kitchen fully equipped. Good location to start hikes around. The bed is comfy. It's possible to store your backpack for a few days for a small amount of money while going hiking. Very quiet area with great view

The hosts had dogs and when I explained that I didn't want them to jump on me with their muddy paws, they were quite rude. Also, the location is way out of Central two , with no places to eat close by Mainly, it is one big dormitory, with zero privacy. Not great in terms of light or noise (the floors are creaky) when trying to sleep. When I stayed I was the only female so it felt a bit awkward.

It's great value for money and the beds were comfortable, the shower is also really nice.

Lights are not bright enough at room

It's impossible not to make noise as you move around up in the dorm due to the wooden flooring and creaky doors but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay!

It was a cheap option on the edge of town. Very sociable. I met lots of other travellers here and did the Mestia to Ushguli hike with one of them. I was able to do laundry and get a decent sleep before and after the hike. I loved the little animals at the property. Cats, kittens, dogs and puppies. Beautiful!

The old lady owner was grumpy and miserable. She actually told me to stop my soft whistling while I was in the kitchen when she came in to make coffee.

Very calm and quiet place where I felt like in home. The room is big, bed was comfortable and in the night it was warm. Small kitchen but it's enough to prepare food. Really nice garden and beautiful view It's 15 minutes walking from center so if you want to rest in peace is perfect 😊

When I was there, only one shower was working for almost 15 person. It was a bit limit but I guess they will repair the second one it will be better 🙂 The kitchen is really narrow (no more than 3 person in and only 2 cooking) for 10+ person its also bit limit ^^ You have a nice view of the mountain because you are far from the middle town but you have to walk 10min to reach it (nothing dramatic) The owner charge you for small services such as "keeping" a bit of your stuffs for few days... Maybe it's because of people abusé but i felt a bit like they try to get some money from any way 😅

Checkout time was cut to 9:30am, announced by the owner the previous day, then again to 8 o'clock in the morning.

Location is perfect, the owner is friendly and goes out of her way to help guests to enjoy their stay. The food they serve is delicious. Bathroom is clean also. And a big plus is that you can climb up to the tower if you dare :)

Nothing really.

Great little place to stay and meet people in Mestia before and after hiking in the area. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen is really well equipped. Great wifi. Location good around 15 minutes out of the town centre and was quiet at night. The only noise I heard was animals nearby.
