The hotel was well marked with a sign on the main street. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable! The property overall is very basic but it has everything you need. There is parking available off the street which makes it very convenient. The town is very small and sweet, and you can easily walk to it in just a few minutes from the hotel. The host doesn’t speak much English but he was incredibly kind and generous!!! The restaurant next door was also very delicious!

When arriving it is not clear where the reception is. There is a stairway that bring you there but a sign "reception" would be good (we knocked at the window of some guest). Shower could be better (easy to wet the whole floor) but hot water is not a problem. Curtains don't stop enough light from the window at after sunrise lot of light comes in

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room ws quite comfortable. It is a good location when you come from Armenia and want to visit Vardzia. Hotel can organise a taxi for you. Drive to the border is also very beautiful.

Everything was perfect

It looked like a new place, with very clean rooms, comfortable beds and great showers. The hosts are very nice and nearby there is a restaurant where they will prepare some tasty food for you (no menu, you will have to talk to them about your preferences) Good for a short stay on the way to somewhere, since there is not much to see around.

Room is very spacious with a good bed, tv, towels and it even has a kettle and an mini fridge. Friendly helpful owners. There is a common kitchen downstairs that you can use.

The room has a lot of facilities. Flip flops, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and many more. Beds are extremely comfortable and cleanliness is kept on the highest level. There is a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. I really recommend to stay in this wonderful place.
