Not something I didn’t like per se, but the first night I heard residents in the neighbouring property chatting away past midnight in their little courtyard below my window, but that’s something the hotel can’t control anyway. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Oh yes, the property is a little uphill but it’s not terribly steep. That said though, the road is cobbled and the pavements not always even, so you might want to reconsider the trolley bag unless you’re to willing to carry it. :)

It’s uphill off the main road so it’s generally quiet, if that’s what you like. That said, it’s a walk of under 10 minutes to the nearest metro station, and there are a bunch of food options and a small supermarket close by. Staff were generally cool and breakfast was a decent spread. The room was comfortable too.

The location is perfect. Quiet area in the city center. Cleanliness is good, staff is good, breakfast is good, infrastructure is good.

Quite eloborate and kind staff. Rooms were clean and qualitative. Also, breakfast they served was delicious. If I travel to Tbilisi again, I definitely will accommodate at this hotel. Thanks for having us. My mother also liked it a lot.

Perfect location, the hotel is in city centre and at the same time is in a very quiet place! Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff, you have everything you need! Always happy to stay in this hotel!

Beds aren't comfortable. Our number was on the top floor - all night the external parts of ACs produced much noise (from time to time). Another number we booked was just next to the reception: we even heard when the receptionist typed something on their phone.

I had to extend my stay in Tbilisi as I became sick while travelling alone. The staff were incredible - they arranged a room for me and made sure I was comfortable until I recovered from my illness. They could not have done more.

we were 2 persons so I wish there was another chair in the room

It is a cosy little boutique Hotel that used to be an old Tiblisi building.The staff was friendly and Vano was especially kind and helpful.The room ,the bathroom was clean,beds comfortable.Breakfast was plentiful.It is a quiet hotel off the main street Rustaveli Avenue,and short walking distance to both Rustaveli Metro station and the bus stop.I would definitely stay again

The front of house staff were incredible. My flight to Mestia was cancelled while I was at the airport and I was stranded in Tbilisi without a hotel. They were able to give me a room for 2 nights at very short notice and made sure I was ok. They could not have done more for me.

Excellent location in the city center. Just 200 meters from Rustaveli metro station. There is no private parking in the hotel, but there are plenty of free parking spaces outside. A very good breakfast with a large selection of dishes. The room has a kettle, a coffee machine and bottled water every day. We will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended for travelers.

I just faced with little trouble about the Wi-Fi connection, unfortunately it was not stable, for this reason I used cellular network. But maybe it was related with the location of our room (2) or the count of active guests in the hotel.

I would like to express thankful for City Inn and especially for Vano from staff for his kind assistance and approach. Breakfast service, cleaning status of room, location of the hotel were very good too. You can reach Rustaveli Metro Station just for 5 minutes with walking from hotel. At the end - considering the price, I left the hotel satisfied.

Exceptional staff, very professional and welcoming. We booked a room with discount and they upgraded us to the most comfortable room in the building, free of charge. The room was clean, comfy and full of charm, with view over Tbilisi. We appreciated the breakfast included in the price. Great location.

We like the otels location. You can go anywhere by walk from the otel. The room was very clean. But the breakfast was a little poor. They can add more food to the table. Other than this everything was pretty good.

The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minute walk from the bus station and subway station. It's only three stops from the city center. There are many restaurants and shops around. The staff was very patient, professional and welcoming. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are clean and it looks like a new hotel. The hotel provides breakfast, coffee and tea.

Everything was ok, I would stay there again! For those who mind walking stairs-- there is no elevator.

Good location a few minutes walk from Rustaveli metro station A short walk up the hill. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast ok, real coffee from the coffeemachine. Very friendly and helpfyl stuff.
