Absolutely amazing hospitality from Thea (we felt like at home), great location and super delicious breakfast. I am sure this is the best place to stay in Sighnaghi.

The accommodation has pleasant roof top units with a terrace and lovely views over the town and around. The welcome was lovely, as was breakfast. It is kept simple and clean, with a comfortable bed. There is no air-con which made for a rather hot night, but it wasn't too bad. We would definitely go back.

The one downside was that there is no air conditioning. We were there on a very warm day and it was pretty hot in the room during the day. It cools down at night though so it wasn't a huge deal. I doubt most properties in the area have AC either but want to highlight in case that's a deal breaker for you.

The location is great! We took the minibus from Tbilisi and it's only a ~3 min walk to the guesthouse. The rooms are on the top floor. You enter the room from a beautiful shared balcony with a great view of the hills beyond. We ate breakfast on the patio and it was such a treat. We also ended up ordering dinner at the guesthouse both nights we stayed because it was so delicious and a really great value. I cannot recommend this guest house more!

Really lovely stay with a really lovely host. I just had one night but it was perfectly comfortable and welcoming. Great, quiet location with a lovely view from the shared veranda where I took breakfast and also enjoyed a bottle of wine the previous night. I was well looked but left to my peace and quiet. Bonus for the kittens!

The guest house is perfectly located at the city centre, the rooms are cosy and have a balcony that’s perfect for having dinner or breakfast. Tea (the host) was amazing and cooked us incredibly delicious Georgian food. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend 100%.

We had a fabulous stay at Three Gracia ! The room is realy cute and the balcony has a great view, we enjoyed a lot spending time there. The breakfast is just fantastic, generous and good, and don't hesitate to ask for a dinner, it will be gorgeous! And we were so warmly welcomed 🤗 We would like to come back a lot ! Thanks again !

Food was fantastic. The view from the patio was splendid, but the best part was the staff. Tea the owner was a lovely hostess and fantastic cook. The potato pies were addictive. Her old time friend Dato was there as well helping to work there for part of the summer. Spent part of the morning just chatting with him about life and all good things. Beautiful, kind people at this place and... definitely ask Tea for her ice cream crepes!!!!

It is a small, yet cozy place to stay at for a couple of days. The hostess was amazing, super friendly and made us feel like at home. Very responsive. They also have a nice menu with quite affordable prices. The views from the terrace are also nice, perfect for an evening dinner

I booked this place for my mother and my cousin. They had a fantastic stay at Three Gracia. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the beautiful town. The room was nice and cozy, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The host was also incredibly kind and v welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. they also provided us with breakfast with was very yum. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sighnaghi!

The washroom was very basic. And there was no floor mop. So if I took a shower, it would be wet for a long time.

I think this is the kind of place you book if you want to have a laid back experience and experience georgian hospitality. The experience is like a homestay. The lady of the house is lovely, she does a good job at being an honest and pleasant host. Accessible but not over dooing it. I like the wooden interior design, makes it feel very peaceful. The day we stayed it was very cloudy so no few for us however with a clear day you should have unobstructed view for many kilometers.
