Although this doesn't require a sad face :) The free Wi-Fi was available and it worked for sure, but the connection could be improved.

The location was perfect for me—I was able to walk to all the important places. It is also very close to markets, shops, and restaurants. The moment I checked in, the hosts kindly offered me coffee and tea, which made me feel very welcome. They were always friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast due to my schedule.

The location of the hotel was central. The distance between the airport and the hotel is 40 minutes. You can reach most places by walking. There is a shopping mall near the hotel. It was nice to watch the sunrise from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the gentleman working at the reception, whose name I do not know, was very helpful. Our room was not ready because we arrived at the hotel early. However, we were able to leave our luggage. Thank you again for your help 🌸

The building needs lots of renovation, especially the structure from inside, we had the feeling that it was not safe as the slap is not straight and you feel the building is bending

I booked 2 rooms for 5 people: the 1st room for 3 people with a king bed and sofa and the 2nd room for 2 people with 2 beds. Upon arrival we found out that the 2nd bed had only 1 queen bed, which was not good for us, the hotel staff brought a second adjustable bed and put it in the room. That disappointed us in the hotel, the rest of the others were good.

Washroom water pressure was too high .. Even though I told them I don't want room service still when I wasn't in the hotel they came in the room. TV DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING. NO INTERNET ON TV AND NO ENGLISH CHANNELS ONLY LOCAL FEW CHANNEL ON VERY LOW QUALITY

There was noise from the main road. Initially, when arriving, I was not sure about whether to use the lift to access the hotel. The sign in the street is very small. But once I accessed the hotel it had lots of old world character.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to restaurants, attractions and modes of transportation. The room was clean and the balcony was the best.
