I just wish they had AC, the weather on the day of our arrival was a bit hot. Also it would’ve been great if the hotel restaurant was open.

The location was spectacular with uninterrupted nature around the hotel. The hotel looks new and was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All rooms had small balconies which was great. The breakfast was also nice. الحمامات فيها شطاف والفندق نظيف ويديد. I would like to thank Mr. Vako for his support throughout our stay.

Warm host - Vako was really good and has a sharp understanding of customer needs. Next best thing was location a quiet place to enjoy the valley views and then last but not the least was food which was awesome :)

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful - comfortable room, great service, attention to details. We used the sauna which was a nice experience. The restaurant serves high quality food and we enjoyed the dinner experience. Highly recommend!

No housekeeping. We needed to ask for toilet paper and shower gel as nobody renewed it. The hotel web page says for free shuttle to the village. The reception, although very kind, they didn’t knew about this service.

I wish if Shattaf is installed in all toilets. (water for washing after using the toilet) Also if the restaurant menu had more options. It's a bit limited.

The hotel owner is very kind and a friendly person, as well as the hotel staff (Especially Irma and Ani). All of them went above and beyond to help us every time we required something. They even accommodated kids menu when they came to know we came with my nephews and nieces. This is my second time in this hotel, my first time was in summer this year. I wanted to experience snow this time hence came back to Kazbegi and booked the same hotel. I love the contemporary furniture and the way they've accommodated us being Muslims. They made sure no to serve us any pork. The view from the balconies is just breathtaking. I'm very grateful for the humble and kind treatment we've received.

No trees around. We had to wait waitress and to wait again to pay. At night many dogs were barking at the farm nearby.

Best choice we made in our complete trip, classic interior, cozy environment, beautiful lawns and views are just mesmerizing. Loved their interior. But the best thing was, Vako at front office, overall in our trip of Georgia, one thing that Georgia lacked big time is service but in this hotel, Vako is one man army. He’s really humble, hospitable and has excellent customer service mindset. Truly an asset for hotel.

It would have been nice to have breakfast served in the dining room on the main floor. The views are so nice, it would beneficial to enjoy them over a coffee in the morning.

The facility new and well maintained, the grounds are lovely. The dining area had beautiful views. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best part was the water pressure and hot water in the shower. The location is well situation for accessing sites and restaurants.

Our room was with an amaaazing view, I wanted to spend time only on the our balcony. The room was very clean, good bathroom and comfortable bed.Also we had coffee and tea there. This is really nice and quite place !

There weren't many guests, so we felt kinda sorry for the staff, especially cause the hotel seemed so new and clean. Because the hotel is located away from other restaurants within walking distance, more options for leisure would be recommended to attract more guests. Although we enjoyed dinner a lot, the menu was small and not everything on the menu was available, a more up to date menu is recommendable.

We enjoyed the pleasant staff, the beautiful surroundings, the nicely decorated room with bed and good bathroom. The breakfast was good and quality of the food in the restaurant was good. We would recommend this hotel to others. Furthermore the hotel is situated on a quiet street.

I've really enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable, clean, with really good curtains on the windows, block light very well, can sleep in late. The bed was very comfortable as well. The surrounding nature was amazing, I've attached a few pictures. A great place to stay and rest from the city. The staff was amazing and very polite and friendly. It has a restaurant and a breakfast with the room, so there is no need to look for a place to eat.
