We didn't find the place to be completely clean - the mini fridge was quite dirty and the bathroom floor and shower were still covered in long, dark hairs from the previous guests and it would have been nice to have some shower gel provided.

A very attractive, spacious and comfortable cabin. The views from the bed space are really beautiful and it is a lovely place to wake up and watch the sunrise. Sophie is a very helpful host and is available via WhatsApp if you need anything or have questions. There are sofas to sit on which give you a fantastic view over the mountains. The bathroom is a surprisingly good size and there are kitchen facilities for you to use if needed. This is a good location, within 15 minutes walk to shops etc. and for hiking in the mountains.

I wish the hotel was in a more remote location and not directly on a street.

The hotel is cozy and quaint and the views from the room and the balcony are spectacular. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and having a full kitchen was a nice bonus. I stayed with my small dog and it was challenging for him to go up and down the stairs in the room but otherwise, he was quite happy.

The view from this cabin is probably the best you can get in Stepantsminda! You wake up seeing to the mountains from both sides from the comfort of your bed. The cabin is very cosy and perfectly located to hike up to the trinity church. Staff is very helpful and accommodating - you won't regret staying here.

Only negative thing was synthetic bedsheets which were electrizing quite a lot and made me uncomfortable in the night.

Overall it was great accomondation. Cottages are modern and clean. One of the best in Kazbegi for sure. Interior is cozy. Communication was also great. + there were cute cats sleeping in front of the door.

Amazing cottages are very clean and the staff is very helpful. This was our first trip to Kazbegi and I'm definitely staying at Pyramid again. In addition, the location couldn't be better, almost feels like you're in a fairytale. If you're traveling to Kazbegi, I highly recommend this place !

No cupboard, no shelves- bag racks, no hooks for jackets, no shower curtain and hence full bathroom gets wet. Kitchen - poorly stocked ---no coffee, no kitchen tissue roll. No heating ( although heater fitted only on lower floor)
