We had two rooms for our group - one was nice, in the other one the bathroom was smelly and quite unpleasant. The shower cabin isn’t sealed properly, so there’s nasty ‘lake’ on the floor as you come out of the shower. The hotel looks nicer and newer in the photos on Booking.com than it is in reality.

The views of the mountains are great. The rooms are good size, the beds are comfortable and the bedding very clean. The hotel is located a little away from the centre of town - which is a good thing as the centre is quite busy and hectic

Everything was perfect.

I am at a loss for words to express my feelings. There was an elderly lady in the staff whose name I don’t know. As we were about to leave from the parking area, specially she called us over and insisted we have tea or coffee before going. We were surprised by her warmth and care—it felt so personal. She seemed to be around my mother’s age. Then, she even packed a cake for my daughter, saying it’s for her to enjoy on the way.

One or two womens run hotel. There are kichen and living room on first floor with big tv, but its ocupied by these ladies. No fridge to keep your food. You can borrow plates, cups or else. Not comfortable to stay in room if you are not sleeping. Not comfortable to eat in your room only one small and tall table, two or three chairs and beds.

Nice view from terrace but not from room. Possible to borrow electric kettle to your room.

The room was little humid so there were some moles on the walls. Generally the room condition was just ok but the owners who welcome us covered the side issues! These people ware so kind and caring.

The owner was so kind though she was not able to speak English. The breakfast was very good.

Exceptionally clean and spacious room and bathroom. Incredible view on the shared terrace. The owner is incredibly helpful and accommodating, even though she doesn't speak English she tries her best with translate she will address any of your concerns and make you feel at home, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Curtains weren’t adequate enough for light sleepers or for casual wear around the room on first floor which was visible to outside; no storage for a suitcase as mentioned before but it was only a short stay, no kettle and cups in room but the owner allowed me to use her kettle in the main kitchen on the lowest floor

Great location convenient for Gergeti church hike and quiet spot too, filling breakfast for 25 GEL, nicely done room, pity we couldn’t use the balcony as it was quite wet and cold when we were there, nice property layout, nice terrace with good view, owner was very nice, super convenient walk to town and had restaurants even closer if one didn’t want to walk to town

There were a few times when water was unavailable for short periods of time.

Nino, the host, is helpful and friendly, ready to assist with whatever is needed. We went on a Kazbek climb and left our belongings to the Paramount until we came back from the mountain.

Rooms could have done with a kettle for hot drinks. Rooms didn’t have glasses either! It’s not the fault of the property but Kazbegi is a very dirty town and much of it is in rubble. Very little to do and few restaurants. The road to Kazbegi is also very trecherous. I would not recommend more than two nights.

Good location in Kazbegi near the trail to the monastery. Very helpful manager Nino although she doesn’t speak English. Very clean and good bathroom. Rooms have balconies with a great view of the mountains.

Great place. Rooms are nice, well equipped, quiet, bed comfy, bathroom is new and clean, walking distance to everything you need. Also the view from the terrace is fantastic and David and his son are very lovely people. Thank you!

No wardrobe or shelves, so you keep all your things in open suitcases on the floor. Not a big deal though if you stay for few nights.

Good location — in a village, so it’s a nice experience itself, but close to everything. Amazing views — from balconies and terraces. Big private parking in a beautiful yard. Everything new and clean. Pet friendly. Great warm welcoming owner, always ready to help and make you feel at home. Excellent value for money.

Perfect location for hiking in Kazbegi. Hotel is located near start of hiking paths. Restaurants and city center close by. Rooms are clean, WiFi is working perfectly and they have two nice terrace with a view to Mt Kazbek. Nino is super friendly and she offers a very good breakfast as an add on.
