Very comfortable place to stay in Mestia, just next to the “bus” station but not in the main and noisy road. The staff was great, allowing us to leave our luggage there during our hikes. The included breakfast is quite good too! Very recommendable!!

Location is great right in the heart of Mestia, room was spacious well equipped and with nice view from the balcony where you can seat and relax after a long journey. Breakfast was super good with fresh products and abundant choices, perfect way to start the day before going for a hike!

This is a lovely hotel from which to explore Mestia. For the price we were exceptionally pleased with how well appointed the rooms were, the lovely owner gave us coffee and cake while we waited for our rooms to be ready, although we turned up earlier which was very kind. The breakfast was also super and a real bonus that it is included

The hotel is right off the main square in a quiet side street, 5 minutes from where the marshrutkas drop you off in town. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and quiet and the staff allowed me to leave my large suitcase at the hotel for several days while I trekked from Mestia to Ushguli.

We had yet another fantastic stay at this hotel! All hotel stuff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was mouthwatering, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and just a 15-minute walk to the ski lift. Being able to book a transfer directly at the hotel was a huge plus. This time, we found the airport shuttle service to be very convenient. The room’s furniture was well-maintained. The room with the fireplace was a cozy favorite, and the panoramic terrace offered breathtaking views. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable stay.

The food was delectable, and the hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants, shops, and the ski lift, which is just a 15-minute walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of booking a transfer directly at the hotel. This time, the shower was in great condition and worked perfectly. The furniture in our room was well-maintained, and there were no electricity outages during our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. All was awesome!

Spent an unforgettable 5 days at Old Seti Hotel in the heart of Mestia. The location is simply magnificent – the windows offer a breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountain peaks and ancient Svan towers. The room was spacious and cozy. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and quality of bed linens. The room stayed warm even in the evening, with working heating and hot water. Excellent value for money. I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience genuine Georgian hospitality and enjoy the majestic nature of Svaneti.
