Staff were awesome and helpful

All was Good

Excellent location. Breakfast was buffet style and good. New bathroom and good, spacious shower.

The carpet in the room was quite stained, though room overall was clean.

Great hotel, in the middle of everything

Great location, good breakfast. We visited in August so used the aircon, which was wonderful. Not super fancy but well worth the money

The rooms are very very small, so small that you don’t have more than two feet space around the bed to move. No parking available even for few minutes.

The receptionist, Nino, was very friendly and kind and solved all our problems.

The A/C not that much.

Very dirty carpets and smell in my room, old furniture and beds make a lot of noise. On 4th floor in smells very bad in the morning especially because they cook breakfast right there and you can smell oil as soon as you wake up

The location is exceptional, our room was big and mostly well kept. The staff was really helpful on every need. We also had a really nice balcony.

Breakfast wasn’t great, our second day we decided to skip it, but everything else was wonderful.

Old Meidan Tbilisi By Urban Hotels has an excellent location with breathtaking city and landmark views, especially from the restaurant. The Economy Double Room was comfortable with modern amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and streaming services, and the price (GEL 142.14) felt reasonable for the location. However, the lack of parking was inconvenient, and the staff didn’t prioritize cleanliness, which affected the experience. The breakfast was average, and while the WiFi was decent, the overall service was limited. I’d recommend this hotel for those who value location and views over extensive amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and services would make it even better.

This hotel is at the heart of tbilisi and convient for all shops. Resturants and its a major tour starting point. Nice balcony view of city. Friendly stay.

The breakfast menu was not so friendly for indian people. And other nearby resturants open after 10am.

Who likes to stay in city center of old town with a lot of street noise, then this is good place for you. It is very close and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, souvenir shops, super market and money exchange offices..

If you are expecting to get value for money, you will not get it. Hotel is in the middle of old city center, next to Maidan bazar. It is very noisy and every night there were street musicians and they will performed till 11/12pm. We could not fall asleep and we have a trouble putting to sleep our 1 year old son from the noise from the street. Breakfast is bit basics, need upgrade. Ladies who worked during breakfast are doing great job, but is lacking managment to increase quality. Hotel in general need quit some maintenance. Hotel is missing spirit and spark. Employees are board since there is no content. I did not feel well seeing them 5 days as we stayed there
