Could not sleep well due to mosquitoes, I later realized that the bathroom window was open, it might have a mosquito screen.

As many hotels in Georgia, the floor of the bathroom gets completely wet when taking a shower and is very slippery.

The bathroom needs a renovation or something, it was leaking from somewhere, so the floor was wet and there was a constant smell of dampness, felt very uncomfortable to use it.

Great location, very attentive, caring, and responsive host. The room felt very clean overall, AC and WiFi working perfectly. The bed was also good, bed linen felt quite fresh. Hairdryer, shampoo, Soap, shower gel, toothbrush, slippers.. all that available

This place was great and the reason is because the service is amazing. They bring breakfast to your room, and it is centrally located. The main reason for my review is the owner Nino! The most amazing woman I've ever met. A few days before arriving I was bit by a dog in Kazbegi. The day I arrived in Kutaisi, I needed to get my third rabies shot but since I was new to the city I was a bit nervous of where to go exactly. I asked Nino if she knew where I could go. Nino and her family took me in their car to the hospital and made sure I was taken care of. I can't tell you enough how appreciative I am to them for this. Everyday she asked how I was feeling. I eventually left for Mestia after a few days and came back to Kutaisi for another night. I canceled my Airbnb and booked with her again, because of her. Nino if you are reading this, God bless you and you are amazing!!!!

The bread at the breakfast was awful! Dry and i saw also some mold. That’s why I don’t give grade 10.

Noise can be an issue, there is a cafe on the first floor that play music in the evening. On weekend, there are cars that play very loud music passing by on the road at 3-4am, would recommend ear plug.

Location is great, a small block away from the main city square. The deluxe room size is great, with dining table and sofa space. Bed was comfortable

Sadly we were there only for a few hours before our flight , but we wish we could have stayed longer. The receptionist was really kind and welcoming. Speaks great English and is willing to help. The views from the room and the balconies are great. It is a little bit far from downtown , but you can easily go by walk. There is a supermarket right at the corner for any quick need. The bed was maybe the most comfy we had had on our Georgia trip. Clean, spacious rooms and great bathroom. Can only recommend.

The bathroom with the shower on the floor can be a bit impractical. There is also a restaurant below the property which plays some music on their speakers. For me it was not a problem (actually, I found it pleasant) but maybe someone does not like that. Anyway, it is not noisy.

Central position and very nice staff. Room was clean, comfortable, and had all necessary items. Lovely breakfast service, delivered to your room in the morning!

wonderful accommodation. * very center, you can see all the city's monuments on foot. * free parking. * delicious and huge breakfasts! * very comfortable bed - I don't think I've ever slept so well in a hotel. * there is a hair dryer. minuses - from Friday to Saturday it was veeeery loud, I suppose it's similar on the weekend because of the parties (the charms of the center) - I recommend taking earplugs. very nice service - thank you for everything and quick response to every situation!

Location is perfect - in very heart of the city. Clean room, city vista from balcony. Very friendly personal. Tasty breakfast, cooked like home. And it was nice to know that you have a 10% discount for the restoraunt located downstairs.
