Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GeorgiaThere is no elevator in the hotel
The hotel is conveniently located in the centre and is easily accessible from the railway station. It is partly newly built and renovated. It is very close to the seaside and some rooms have balconies with a sea view. The staff is very friedly and supportive. The breakfast is very good

RussiaThere are no visible cons, but I’d like to share a few things I’ve noticed with those who’ll choose to stay at Nina Two: 1. Beware of the rooms on the first floor, it’s stuffy and it smells like cats in there. There is no smell or anything unpleasant on the second floor. 2. If by booking you see that “breakfast is included”, better contact the property to clarify, whether it’s true. I didn’t do that and upon arrival it turned out that there is breakfast AVAILABLE if you pay extra, not included. I’ve checked and it seems like now it’s fixed and you won’t be misguided by the search engine here. Anyway, the communication on this matter with the owner was very unpleasant, you’ll never prove anything, so it’s better to avoid it. 3. The reception room. There was often one guy there, obviously seasoned in receiving guests, laying on the couch as a fellow patrician and watching television. I don’t know who he was, whether a guest, or someone from the management. One evening I came down to work on my laptop. There was also a young couple having supper at one of the tables and this guy laying on the couch. When I sat down, he started yelling at this couple and accusing them of creating the crowd here, "FIRST THE LAPTOPS, ΤΗΕΝ ΤΗΕΥ ΒRING WATERMELONS!" he shouted. After little spat the guys left in frustration and I stayed. He walked here and there, throwing occasional glances at me, and then walked away as well. The next day in the morning on my way to the sea I recklessly sat on one of the chairs to tie my shoelaces, this guy was there and looked at me with suspicion and almost anger, but said nothing; in the evening I made a fatal mistake by trying to sit down in the reception room again. This time he shouted at me "How dare you?! Didn't you learn your lesson yesterday?! PEOPLE DON'T SIT HERE!". I asked him politely whether it is prohibited to sit in the reception room, but he replied: "PEOPLE DON'T SIT HERE!".
Overall, I think that this apartment is a good choice to stay in Kobuleti and enjoy the sea. It is well located, just a few minutes to the beach, although it's not "beachfront" as advertised, one has to go through the backyard and only then get to the first line of houses on the embankment. The rooms are clean, room’s equipment (AC, fridge sink, shower) works properly. The bedsheets are slippery and there are a few spots on the towels, but considering the price, it’s nothing. There are a lot of grocery stores in the vicinity. I can say only the good things about the apartment itself.

UkraineThere wasn’t any visible front desk or reception, we didn’t know who to talk to in case something happened or even whom to pay for our stay. We actually paid for our stay on a third day, bc the host randomly stopped us in the street and asked for money. We specifically asked for a double bed, but there were two single beds put together in our room, so it was really uncomfortable to sleep. All furniture is supposed to be new and in good condition, however, it is very cheap and already started to wear down, especially the cabinet in the bathroom due to the humidity. Breakfast buffet mostly consisted of really cheap plain food (bad quality sausages, unripe watermelon and peaches, overcooked pasta, disgusting instant coffee).
The location was great, really close to the beach, a couple of grocery stores and a cafe are in a 2-5 minutes walk from the guest house. In our room there was a working AC and water pressure in the shower was also good.
