This is a very nice comfortable hotel with great amenities - nice kitchen, laundry (free) and drying area. It is located 5 mins walk from the centre. Rooms are clean as new and the beds are super cosy.

Quaint little B&B just up a little hill from the city centre. Really good value for money, the street is quiet, AC worked well in the summer heat. No problems arriving at approx 04:30am.

It’s more of a hotel than a guesthouse so no amazing breakfast / welcome BUT no complaints! It was everything we needed and more. Very comfy.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 6 year old. Reception is not always manned but very reachable by WhatsApp. Our room was great, good AC, nice bathroom. We used the washing machine and fridge. The level of cleanliness was 10 out of 10 so hats off to the cleaning lady! Great location. It was enjoyable to sit on the balcony in the evening. Thank you!

Excellent location, very close (less than 5 min walk) to the city centre, but located on a smaller and quiet street. The only thing that woke me up once was birds singing - loved it! :). The whole place (we had two rooms), including kitchen and common areas, were spotless clean. Smooth check-in (we arrived very early in the morning). There's a nice restaurant next door, a bakery and a local supermarket within a few minutes walk. If i come to Kutaisi again, i would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect — very close to the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen. The staff was kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

The shower curtain is too short, every time the bathroom is flooded. The room was initially cold, but we installed a spare heater, thereafter there was good temperature.

The location is fab! The host is helpful with things like recommendations of places around and he even let us leave some of our stuff in the apartment.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with heating and hot water. Shared kitchen had everything you want including a washing machine. is a 5 minute walk to the main square. the Fleur restaurant is nearby which serves great food at good prices.

perfect location, amazing staff and great style. The whole hotel is really uniquely designed and decorated. Really fascinated and in the best walking distance from everything. The staff was amazing and also rooms were spotlessly clean. Beautiful balcony With comfy sofas, also huge living room with big screen TV, the kitchen has all equipment and lots of pans and frying pans for cooking. Well organised hotel and I highly recommend everyone to stay at Nana's home. definitely my favourite hotel to stay at when I come to the city. absolutely loved it. Thank you

Spacious outdoor sitting places, fully equipped kitchen. The owner offered us a pick-up service from the train station, very convenient! Walking down and turn right, there are already two restaurants and a small supermarket.

Good , nice mini hotel. It has kitchen and balcony, but we didn’t know that since no one told us. It’s very close to downtown. You should know that for that price it’s good place. I liked the room it was clean , bed is too soft, but again for that price we couldn’t expect a lot. Good location, good room for resting after hard day.
