Very good view in the hotel, and 4th floor has big relax areas for fun!

Elevator stops between 1st and 2nd floor, need to take luggage by stairs to access elevator, not convenient to olders

Wonderful view, very comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The location was also perfect and the staff was nice and professional.

Room looked like it was a budget hotel.

Staff, food and location are great. The rooftop offered fantastic views of the valley. Walkable from town. Plenty of public spaces to spread out (as needed.)

The main patio didn't have any shade, so we really couldn't use it due to summertime sunshine. With that said, the Rooms hotel (much more expensive) also didn't have shade on their patio.

The hotel's reception service is quite good, and the breakfast service is also nice. The service overall is satisfactory. Additionally, there is a large public area on the rooftop with great views, and the public area on the first floor also has excellent scenery.

The room is quite old, and the privacy is poor since the window faces other residential buildings directly. Additionally, the sink drain gets stuck after closing and is hard to reopen. The internet connection also has issues at night.

This place felt like my lost paradise in Georgia—reaching it was like stepping onto a balcony overlooking heaven. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very close to all the amenities of the small town. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel, and we played billiards along with many other entertainment options available to enjoy the evening. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, rich, and varied. გმადლობთ ყველას

Rooms were good and spacious. View from both sides is good, but the front is better. Location is very near to the main road but you would need a taxi sometimes if you do not like to or cannot walk uphill. They do not have much variety in restaurant, but still have a few options that you can try at least once. Room service is round the clock and very fast. Breakfast was good too. They have lobiani (bread with rajma/black chana filling inside), bread and potatoes.. Also, water is not a problem. I was cooking food for my baby and needed a lot of water, they didn't have problem with that.

Initially, we felt that the staff was very rude except for the receptionist, because others couldn't understand english much. But 2nd day onwards, they were quite okay and on the 3rd day, they were very friendly. They can serve food on their outdoor terrace for better experience like hotel Rooms does but otherwise this was the best hotel I stayed in, including Gudauri and Tblisi. Front view is no doubt exceptional but they are not leveraging it.

Unfortunately, my stay was only for one night — I really wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was nice and had all the basic necessities. What I loved the most was the spacious balcony and the stunning view of the mountains. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was good. The staff was very friendly — we really enjoyed our stay

The views from hotel are perfect, it has 360 panoramic view on mountains, stuff is friendly, lot of places of comfort.

Breakfast was low quality as well as food in restaurant, 200s rooms were along with ground and we almost slept in street(2 meters from street and 0 meters from ground) with all the street sounds.
