Kids missed the waffles at breakfast which they had seen in the picture on the booking page.

It was very clean, towels were changed daily, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located in the city center, so sightseeing is possible on foot.

The Hotel is in the best location, walking distance to any major areas, very clean room, we had an amazing balcony, breakfast was amazing, fresh amd deleciuos.

For some reason courtyard restaurant did not have any beer. Hopefully that was just temporary. Otherwise it was a great setting with a good menu.

All the comforts of a modern hotel, but with a historic character that fits the city. View of courtyard, very comfortable mattresses, good air conditioning, and an excellent breakfast with a choice of hot main course.

Some of the rooms require that you keep the curtains closed so that other rooms can’t see in, but it’s only a few of them

This property is in the perfect location. It’s off the busy roads so it’s nice and quiet, but still only a few minutes walk from Liberty Square and many other attractions. The staff is so kind and accommodating! Also, the breakfast is delicious!

Breakfast service needs a bit of improvement. There's only one small coffee machine that isn't enough to serve people if the breakfast room is full, it's very slow and constantly gets jammed, runs out of coffee beans or something else happens. The staff serving breakfast was fantastic on the first day of the stay (there were 2 or 3 people) - polite, helpful and attentive, and absolutely below standard on the last day - the only young man working was visibly irritated, kept forgetting things, and overall looked like this was the last thing he wanted to do that day. Having at least one more person and a working coffee machine would have been an easy fix for that.

The place is relatively new but has preserved the nice vibe of an old building. Very helpful staff, great location - quiet but literally minutes away on foot from the main square, shopping mall and the old town.

The entrance to the hotel is a staircase with no elevator or accessibility. Nobody is there to help with your luggage.

The refrigerators in the rooms were modified to prevent the refrigerators from cooling as much as refrigerators usually do cool. Apparently this was done to save electricity. You cannot safely keep milk or dairy products in the refrigerators as a result. This could also result in food poisoning. Charge a surcharge for a refrigerator if necessary but do not make modifications that cause the refrigerators to cooling improperly. Also our air conditioning was not working properly the first few days but was subsequently repaired.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 3 nights and will love to stay here again. Everything was well taken care of. The staff is very helpful especially Ana. We requested a change of room due to some issues and it was immediately taken care of. Location is very central. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Makmani when i first arrived to tblisi and my plan was to have a tour all over Georgia, however i canceled on of the trips and returned back to Makmani , the hotel is very quiet , staff are helpful , Nika is very supportive guy, he deserves all respect, Anna was amazing in dealing, she arranged a hotel for us in Kazbegi with transportation. I stayed within two weeks in tblisi and all my stay was at makmani with my family. They have a good restaurant. All staff are helpful amazing experience.

The family "room" turned out to actually be two connected rooms for a very reasonable price given the central location. The hotel had a lovely central courtyard and the staff was wonderful!

The mattress in our room was not comfortable.

The hotel is excellent, centrally located and close to all the attractions, yet situated on a very quiet street. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

Not a complaint, but wanted to mention for transparency: I arrived in the middle of the night and was given a lovely, spacious room on the ground floor. However, it turned out that the bathroom had not been cleaned due to a last minute maintenance work. I reported this to the reception and within 5 minutes, I was given another room around the corner. I understand that kind of cases these happen - it is all about the staff responsiveness. In this case, I was pleased with the outcome :)

The building itself was amazing with all the wooden features and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent; unfortunately I had a tooth removed a day before so I could not try everything, but the things I managed to eat were really tasty. The hotel was located in my favourite area of Tbilisi, so I also enjoyed the surroundings.

The rooms facing the street were so noisy, I could hear everything coming from the street.

All the staff are very warm, friendly and professional. The location is very good, right in the ancient city. Breakfast can be ordered, and the fruit is the most abundant I have eaten in Transcaucasia. The family room is very spacious and has facilities for the elderly.

The lady on the reception was very helpful. Lovely room, very comfortable bed.
