Super friendly family and dog, comfy bed! Location is accurate in the map - about a 15 min easy walk into town. Simple breakfast - egg omelet and bread. Highly recommend making kachapuri with the owner!

Great people! Super friendly, helpful and open. They welcomed us and treated like a part of the family. They are also helping to arrange excursions around. Breakfast are good. The whole object is clean and nice. It's not far away from some groceries and ATM We will definitely get there back :)

Zaza and his family made our trip unforgettable, making us feeling like being their sons. They even offered us multiple delicious things (and drinks!) during our dinners at their kitchen. Moreover, Zaza guided us towards the main famous attractions of Kutaisi like Martvili, Okatse and Prometheus Caves. Simply amazing! Ps: try their homemade khachapuri, you won't regret

We had a great stay in Lighthouse. Zaza is a great host and he was the first person who we met in Georgia. Our flight arrived midnight and Zaza was there to meet is and drove to his guesthouse. When he understood that I want to get some lari, he stopped in the city center and helped me change money in the best exchange office. After we were set in the room, Zaza offered his Chacha for welcome :) The guesthouse room was great for family of 4, comfy beds, calm area, 10-15 minutes by foot walk to the city center. Zaza's family is very welcoming, his wife was doing nice breakfast for us, his son was helping parking the car. Our children adored their dog, and it was very difficult for them to leave Zaza's place. Basically we felt like coming to visit old friends - and this is exactly what we were looking for in Georgia! Thank you very much Zaza for this great experience!

Everything was great!. Maybe worth mentioning that room is on the second floor - so just take it into account if you have potentially difficulty with stairs. For us it was no problem at all.

Almost everything was fine except bathroom sealing.

The bathrom sealing of that particular room is not for tall guests.

Great stay. We enjoyed the hosts very much. The breakfast was good. The location is walking distance from the city centre, and there is a bus stop nearby.

Thank you Zaza and Shorena and your family for the warm welcome. We felt at home, like in our family. Thank you Zaza for wonderful tours of non-touristy places, interesting stories and getting to know the city and its surroundings. We liked the lesson on making traditional dishes the most, we had the opportunity to learn how to make traditional chaciapuri and eggplants with nuts, we tasted cornmeal patties and homemade compote, vegetables, mandarins straight from the tree, and we received real bay leaves! Zaza's chacha, wine and cognac are amazing, we are already longing to taste them and we will not hesitate to stay with Zaza and his wonderful family when we return to Kutaisi!

The owners of the hotel, Zaza and Shorena, welcomed me warmly. The room was clean and tidy, the internet was the best and the view from the room was excellent, delicious breakfast, warm environment, I tasted Zaza's wine, vodka and chacha🥰 I recommend you to visit this hotel because everything was great🥰

Very nice hosts- did everything we were ready to enjoy. A host waited for us in an airport (it was at 1 a.m.). We asked to cook a home made meal for dinner. It was excellent. Zaza phoned to be sure we are safe in Tblisi.

Nice spacious room with air conditioning and private bathroom. The hosting family was welcoming and friendly. They provided clean sheets, towels and tasty breakfast. Moreover, we could store our luggage there for the whole day. Nothing was a problem! 🤍10/10!
