The lady at the reception was very helpful, nice and friendly. Mattress was soft but very comfortable Room was clean and tidy

On booking it says that room are soundproof, this is not true, the person from next room was so noisy after midnight it woke us up.

I had a very pleasant stay at this small hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the personalized service. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay.

The room was spotless and newly renovated, however the the mattress was way too soft for my liking. You do get complimentary coffee and tea which was nice after a rough day outdoors. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Over all a nice stay!

Very nice staff and view

We found an extraordinary environment at the hotel, the room had all the necessary bathroom amenities. Slippers. The room had a large shared terrace with a beautiful view, I think we will stay again.

Nothing but a nightmare here

When we arrived, there was no electricity, and the staff told us our room had already been taken by someone else. Shockingly, they allowed this because the person claimed to be a "friend of ours"—which was completely untrue. This was the first major mistake, yet there was no apology whatsoever. Instead, we were treated with a bad attitude from the start. Later, when we returned to find our room occupied by another couple, no one from the hotel was there to help us or explain what had happened. As foreigners, we were left completely stranded, trying to figure out a solution on our own at 9:30 p.m. in a small town. If it hadn’t been for the other guest—whose room we unknowingly broke into because it was originally supposed to be ours—no one would have helped us at all. The hotel staff left us alone, showing zero responsibility. When we finally managed to get in touch with the staff, the same lady who checked us in claimed she was "off the clock" and showed no sense of guilt or responsibility for the chaos she caused. Instead of offering help or an apology, she just told us that the key was in the right room and we could let ourselves in—no explanation, no accountability, nothing. This kind of treatment is beyond irresponsible and unprofessional. We reserve every right to take further action if any of our belongings were damaged or lost during this outrageous ordeal. We will make sure to leave detailed, honest, and negative reviews on Booking.com to warn other travelers. We also plan to file formal complaints with the relevant authorities. We will share this terrible experience in every language we know so that others are aware of the mistreatment and lack of respect shown by this hotel.

The view was stunning. We could see Kazbegi mountain straight from the bed. Also the room was exactly as in the photos. The interior, the bed, the kitchenette at the second floor were perfect.

I liked everything. It was cosy, modern designer interior, picturesque view. The ladies at the registration desk were very friendly and turned on the heating when we asked though it was August:)

Mattress a little too soft for our taste.

It was a small modern hotel, constructed about 1-2 years ago. It was really clean. The location wasn’t bad - 10-15 min of up-walking. There was a possibility to make tea or instant coffee in the hall.

The staff was a little bit “cold” and unfriendly. There wasn’t cleaning service. And too little space for luggage and personal things.

Very pleasant, simple design, all the amenities that were promised, were there. Very cute common area and the spacious terrace. There was a lawn where my kid was able to run.
