On booking it says that room are soundproof, this is not true, the person from next room was so noisy after midnight it woke us up.

I had a very pleasant stay at this small hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the personalized service. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay.

The room was spotless and newly renovated, however the the mattress was way too soft for my liking. You do get complimentary coffee and tea which was nice after a rough day outdoors. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Over all a nice stay!

The view was stunning. We could see Kazbegi mountain straight from the bed. Also the room was exactly as in the photos. The interior, the bed, the kitchenette at the second floor were perfect.

Very pleasant, simple design, all the amenities that were promised, were there. Very cute common area and the spacious terrace. There was a lawn where my kid was able to run.

They had no breakfast option which was the only disadvantage of the property, but they had a small kitchen where you can make coffe/tea and warm up the food. Pillows where quite uncomfortable.

We stayed for a week and it felt like home. The view was sick, market is just around the corner, the room was kept clean. They have a bar and board games at the commin area with a view, jt was amazing. They have everything you need in a home, you can cook also if you want. Staff was friendly, they would guide you for all the good spots around, extremely pleasant and helpful.

It is on the outskirts of town a little bit up hill. Not necesarely a problem. There is No breskfast available and since center of town with restaurants is a bit away, a refrigeator to keep breskfast in the room would have been nice

There is no sign with the name of the hotel anywhere inside or outside the building. Booking.com lists the address as Queen Tamar Street, but the street sign reads King Tamar Street. The mattress was very soft. A shelf in the bathroom would be helpful.

if you are planning to stay on Old military road, Stepantsminda is the place and Hotel Misty is a great choice. Very nice room with a big terrace, and the view of the Gergeti Trinity Church with Kazbek mountain behind it is something amazing.
