A huge room with charming terrace. Very good contact with the host (including a delicious vine). The location is 10 minutes walk from most restaurants and night live.

Due to construction on the street, it might get a little bit noisy but it’s not terrible.

Beautiful home, very kind hosts, excellent central location - couldn't be better!

The hosts were extremely easygoing, communication via booking and irl was a pleasure. We were provided everything we asked for (ticket printing, airport transfer (additional fee)) and beyond (we got some delicious georgian cookies as a gift, which was sooo sweet <3). Apart from that, the rooms were really spacious and we were allowed to borrow some dishes from the kitchen.

Apartment aš per photos, extremely friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed our stay very much. Amazing terrace, especially on a hot day. Location is very central.

A bit of cleaning is needed after shower, however, we were already aware, will only list it here for future travelers. Also, there is ongoing construction work at the time of our visit, outside of control of the host of course, but it was not a big issue for us.

The location is superb. There is loads of space including a very large terrace. Great air-con. The host is very friendly and will try their best to answer whatever questions you may have about Kutaisi and the surrounding area. They are very accomodating. The room has a fridge, which is a bonus for us. Good wi-fi. Ask the host in advance about their winery.

The bed, which is very comfortable with fresh clean sheets, would have looked better if the mattress was fully covered including the sides.

The best guesthouse in my life. So much good room with balcony. So big, so comfortable. The owner of this place is so good person, he helped me to buy tickets, helped to book and find tours around Kutaisi. This place is 10000000 out of 10

- The biggest room with the biggest balcony I've ever stayed in - Great location - The owners were helpful and polite - The room is very clean and cozy - You can do your laundry for free - Great value for money I stayed for 5 days and strongly recommend the place.

- The mattress seemed old and very soft (if the person next to you moves, the mattress shakes like a jelly) - The shower curtain does not prevent the bathroom from getting wet These 2 items above was the reason for the place to not get a 10

It's our first time in Georgia but the house we're in feels like home, the host was able to confirm the time of arrival even if it's very late (in which some of the hotels we booked told us to cancel the reservation if we won't reach on time) the rooms was huge, and it's super comfy. We even cooked in the kitchen and do our thing, overall the best stay we had. The location is superb, the host is so accommodating, the room is great, it is all worth it.

The manhole cover rattled on the road under the wheels of cars. Take earplugs!

l stayed in a downstairs room which was huge. The room was very well equipped and had a private bathroom just down the hall. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They organised trips to various places l was especially grateful to be able to go to the archaeology centre of Vani.I had a great time here.

Panoramic windows and the dawn view are amazing. The morning sun softly enters the room. The stylish interior, huge space, cozy balcony, and quiet location close to cafes and the city center make it perfect. The host is very helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend this place.

This guesthouse is the perfect spot for your stay in Kutaisi. Just 2 minutes walk from the White Bridge, the location is amazing! The room is HUGE, the balcony is a great place to chill, he place is well equipped and Giorgi, the owner is a great source of information. Totally recommended!

I like everything

Temo (our host) was the best host ever. He gave us a very informative tour of the city, was very attentive to us, helped us get tickets to Mestia, and overall made our experience in Kutaisi really really nice. The place itself is clean, comfortable, looks very bohemian and is well kept. Our room was huge and beautiful. Great location! Totally recommend it!

Loved everything about it

The room was huge and had a large covered terrace, it was nice to have a drink there in the evening. There is free parking on the street, which is quiet with plenty of space. The location is very central and convenient for bars/restaurants.

A really nice guesthouse in Kutaisi. An extremely spacious room with a lovely balcony. The hotel is very close to the centre of the town (walkable) and on a quiet street, which made the stay very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. It was hot when we stayed, but the air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable during the night. Would definitely stay here again.

This was great value for money and in a fabulous location. The apartment is in the owner’s home. The family are very welcoming and helpful.
