The last segment of the road is a bit rough, but since we had a big car, it wasn't a problem. There was also a problem with Wi-Fi, but since we were in the house next to the restaurant, we used the Wi-Fi from it.

The view of Kazbegi Mountain is gorgeous. There is a very nice restaurant. You can enjoy the view and the air sitting on a bench outside.

The facilities were not very well maintained. The water temperature in the shower was difficult to control. At times it would suddenly become scalding hot and then switch to extremely cold, all without adjusting the faucet. These changes were quite uncomfortable, especially when bathing my two-year-old child. The bathroom also lacked curtains, which caused water to splash and leave the floor quite wet after each use. Additionally, the roads in Kazbegi have a lot of holes, so you have to drive carefully and slowly.

The room is comfortable and well heated. The temperatures outside were near 0 degrees but the interior of the room was warm and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easy to arrive at the hotel by car and there is a nice on-site nice restaurant, so you can your meals without needing to go anywhere else. At night, the place was very quiet and great to sleep. The room was spacious and had several wardrobes. Kazbegi is a small and lovey city, and it is easy to go to different places by car. It only take a few minutes.

Amazing view from the glacier room (make sure you book the correct one). Can easily walk to ROOMS for lunch/dinner too. Walk into town isn’t too hard but be prepared for uphill on the way back. Overall perfect place for a night in kazbegi.

Everything was ok! The view from the house is fantastic. There are horses and cows with their babies walk around the territory and you can communicate with them. The manager Katerina is a very friendly and smiling person. She very quickly solved a problem with curtains while we were checking in. If in the future there are a small microwave oven in the kitchen zone and some curtains in the bathroom it will be great. In my opinion cool lights should be replaced for warm ones.

No mirror in the room. There is a small one in the toilet but very uncomfortable as it is placed on the side..of the wash basin should literally bend and turn. Usually courtesy based, drinking water will be provided but here it wasn't provided. There wasn't enough transparency on the type of room that puts a question in your mind. Location to reach is narrow with super bumpy roads..

The bed was really bad, not comfortable at all. One of the radiators couldn’t be turned off so it was extremely hot in the room. The room could use some refurbishing; the tiles are coming off in the shower. What is mlre, there was no badmat when you get out of the shower or hand towel, no glass for the toothbrush and no plate or something alike to put the soap on.

My reason for staying overnight was the ability to go to the Gergety Trinity Church before sunrise, so I had an extra 30 minutes walking to the town. But it does not have anything to do with the property itself, it is my personal reason, otherwise, it is a very nice place to stay overnight: very quiet and with an exceptional view during the night of the Gergeti Church.

I stayed one night at the property. I really enjoyed the place: it was very spacious, clean and had a wonderful view (a reason why I chose this hotel). The host was very helpful, I was even allowed to stay a little longer after check-out time.

The staff behavior was great and they were speaking in English which is very rare in Georgia. The view from the room is amazing - it has an unobstructed view of the mountains and the Trinity Church. There were cute mountain dogs that were giving us company and keeping us jolly. The radiator in the room was a life saver in the cold. The cottage looks amazing at night - very much Instagrammble

There are a few things , we battled to shower as we couldn't get the water above warmish.... this isn't ideal if you're doing a winter trip. The menu says breakfast served @ 09h00 however having got up , showered ( brrrr ) etc and arrived for brekkie we were told that brekkie is served at 10h30. I think that's because it's kinda out of season that so many of these placed tend to slow down .

The location with the views of the mountains are spectacular. The food ( we had dinner & breakfast ) was of the best we've had in Georgia.... quite exceptional.
